This tinted all-mineral sunscreen applies smoothly, blends easily, and dries down quickly to a natural skin finish with a lightweight feel. The finish is lovely — controls the slightly oily T-zone, while not being dry on my dryer cheek areas, and looks very natural on my late-40s face. It evens out my skintone, covering the redness of my mild rosacea just enough so that I can go without foundation.
The tint, however, is a bit darker/more orange than my yellow/olive-undertoned, light-to-medium, Asian, NC23-ish skintone. I’m experimenting mixing this with a bit of Paula’s Choice Resist Super Light Wrinkle Defense SPF30 (which is a tinted mineral sunscreen that’s paler and pinker/cool-toned) and that’s seeming to work so far, tint- and texture-wise.
This is, however, much pricier than I would like for a sunscreen. And while the pump-and-tube mechanism works, the packaging seems bigger than it needs to be — not as convenient for travel.
