I really wanted to like this sunscreen. I wanted to be able to support this brand because I agree with their low waste initiative, but in the end this sunscreen is not worth it for me. While the ingredients are great and I like the titanium container which makes it easier to recycle I do have some problems with the product. To star, it’s only spf 25 and personally I would prefer to wear a higher spf. The sunscreen itself I find to be sticky and I need to leave it on for a little while before I go over with my makeup. Then there is the environmental aspect of the container. While the titanium container is great, this product still has me throwing out a clunky plastic pump. The container being really hard also means I’ll have a hard time getting *all* of the product out since I can’t cut the container like I can with plastic ones. Plus with having to order it online, I don’t know if it’s worth it just to recycle an aluminum can while also throwing out a plastic pump and dealing with sticky sunscreen. I think for now I will stick with my Australian Gold Botanicals even if it’s in an all plastic container.
