This is the perfect fall and winter sunscreen right here! I’m a longtime fan of Neogen and have never been disappointed by any of their products…and this one was no exception. Neogen is a Korean skincare brand that offers the latest and greatest in skincare innovations. You can purchase this at Sephora or Sokoglam.com for $30 which comes with 1.69 fl. oz. or 50 mL. I find this to be quite pricey because my summer sunscreen is only $10 a bottle. It comes in a foiled squeeze tube that does not show the product and is opaque. The product texture itself is a lightweight, white cream. There is a slight citrus scent that dissipates when applied to the skin. I have used another sunscreen of a similar texture and was scared to try this one because that one broke me out. Despite my fears and oily/combination skin, Neogen’s sunscreen really worked for me. It provides the right amount of extra hydration and has a good amount of SPF that will keep you protected all day. I still recommend having a lightweight moisturizer underneath to make sure your skin is not dry. It’s so good that my boyfriend even uses it, and I will definitely repurchase this when winter rolls around again.

The Neogen Dermology Day-Light Protection Sun Screen SPF 50 PA+++ is one of the first “prestige” brand sunscreens that I purchased from Sephora. This was several years ago when, due to hyperpigmentation, I made the decision to wear sunscreen every day and take better care of my skin. This is a sunscreen that I don’t mind using, it is very hydrating, love the SPF 50, and has none of the mineral white cast. This also contains Isoamyl P-Methoxycinnamate to filter out UVB rays. The one thing I don’t like about the Neogen Day Light sunscreen is that it contains a lot of fragrance ingredients like lemon oil, orange oil, lavendar, and arnica extract. This does have a very citrus-y scent but it does dissipate eventually. If you have very oily skin you might want to use this over a mattifying primer because this does contain a lot of hydrating ingredients. This is a sunscreen that I will probably repurchase in the future because it is so great for days when my skin is feeling dry but needs sun protection. My video review and swatch can be seen here: 8

This is like the third “Asian” sunscreen I try, and so far, it’s my favorite. It’s not thick or greasy, and doesn’t settle into my fine lines like other sunscreens have. There’s definitely a scent to it, but it doesn’t linger. It dries down well, but I still powder over it because I’m an oil slick. It wears well by itself and with makeup, and also re-applies well. I even put underneath my eyes and it doesn’t sting. There’s a couple potentially irritating ingredients based from cosdna, mostly because of the fragrance. I’m always on the hunt for new sunscreens but I would definitely repurchase this. I haven’t noticed it clogging me or breaking me out, so that’s always a plus for me. This sunscreen claims to be hydrating, but I think it would be too drying for someone with dry skin. I have oily skin, btw.
