I love this sunscreen! It is the first one which is truly transparent. I have medium dark skin/south indian skin. It does not leave a trace and glides wonderfully. It is easy to apply and works nicely under light makeup. I have not tried it under heavy makeup yet but either way, i will repurchase. The price is a bit much but after trying so many sunscreens and moisturizers with spf 30, this is the best i could find on the market. It does not leave the white chalky and oily residue as with so many other sunscreens. I definitely recommend.

I’m really glad I bought this! This concept, like so many CFx products is amazing. A truly sheer sunscreen. I have deep/dark skin and my sunscreen options have always been so limited due to the likelihood of a white, sticky cast on my skin, or the formula causing my makeup tp oxidize. I use this daily. My only grip is that it can be a bit drying, however, it plays well with other products so I make sure to prime and moisturuze underneath. It absorbs SO well – almost instantly, has no fragrance, and seems to be effective in blocking harmful rays. It’s a thick, silky, clear gel, that is non irritating and doesn’t clog my acne prone skin. It glides on and gives a semi-matte finish. I don’t ‘feel’ it on my face at all.
My only grip is that the pump is terrible (It sputters and clogs) and it could be a tad bit more moisturizing. It’s awesome for my combination skin, but not sure how well it will work for dry or oily ladies.

Great product, non-greasy SPF layer after moisturiser. But so overpriced, and SPF 30 is not good enough! Switching to the Korean / Japanese SPF 50 / PA+++ sunscreens under $20 instead.

I am in between an NC45-50 so finding the perfect sunscreen has been a very tricky task. I want something that doesn’t show up so I can wear it alone, but also something that works well under makeup and doesn’t interact badly (ie pill) with my skin care products. I decided to give this a try since it actually looked clear in the bottle and wow…I am so happy I did.
First off, if you look at the ingredients, this has a lot of silicones in it. Silicones are what give primers, etc. the ability to minimize pores on your face. The consistency of this sunscreen reminds me of a primer. It is a gel, it’s not sticky, doesn’t have a smell, and it dries instantly leaving my face looking smooth and matte. And most importantly, this stuff is INVISIBLE. I can’t see it at all!!
Although it doesn’t keep my face matte, (I still use Becca Ever Matte) my makeup applies flawlessly. So in addition to protecting your face from UV rays, it also transforms your face into the perfect canvas for makeup.
The only problem I have with this is the price. $45!! I was surprised at how small it was and to think, I would use this everyday. I think I will alternate between this and my Cerave AM, but this is definitely a product I would recommend.
edit:// The pump is terrible!!! Horrible! This is so expensive and the pump doesn’t even work anymore. I don’t know how to get the rest of the product out. I may have wasted my money!
