I am at that lovely place where I have to combat wrinkles & ance. I thought that I would try Aveeno, after trying the more expensive brands; Dermalogica & Arbonne. This stuff is bizarre, it’s thick & matte, but did leave a weird film, like peeling skin. It made my chin breakout and I saw visible dry patches under my foundation, though my skin felt softer… Bizarre.
It did help with the fine lines under my eyes, but overall, I can not recommend this for even slightly acne prone skin.
I’ll just have to use it on my wrinkles and go back to Dermalogica…

I have mature skin and despise applying a separate moisturizer and sunscreen. So while this product is far from perfect it beats most of the far more expensive moisturizer + sunscreen products I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot. I will keep experimenting with samples of other products because as a previous reviewer mentioned, the packaging stinks (cannot see through to determine when you are running empty) and some days it feels a little greasy. Still, having the 30 SPF is a plus, the scent is light, it’s reasonably priced, and it doesn’t leave shredded bits of product on my skin that I find an hour later. That was a problem I had with the other Aveeno daytime moisturizer – sorry to digress.

If you are oily, this is not a good product for you. I have to blot and apply powder several times a day when I wear this. Because of this, I only wear this on days when I’m just running small errands and need a minimal amount of SPF protection. It also has a rather strong smell that lingers throughout the day. I only got this because it was $10 at Walgreens and I would not repurchase at regular price.
