I just picked this up today and tried it before I washed my hair. Not impressed with the shine it promises to provide, but my hair did feel softer and smoother. Looked just as dry though. The scent is very strong but not unpleasant. It smells like hairspray from back in the day. I tried spraying it on my hands and running my hands through my hair, and that seemed to work better than just spraying it directly on. This was on sale and after my coupon it was $1.24 at Rite Aid.

I like that this worked on my thick and dry hair.. HOWEVER… the smell is terrible!!
It really does smell like bad paint chemicals.. terrible.
The product did work to tame my hair, give it shine, and it’s a heat tamer (which is a big plus)- but it’s the smell that reall turns me away from using this!
The last time I applied it my sister told me that my hair smelled like strong chemicals.

I have a different experience with the spray. I bought it on clearance at Walgreens- which may not surprise some at all. But let me admit, I have naturally coarse, very thick, long hair that I haven’t washed in a day, and spraying this stuff on gave it body, sleekness, and kept my top part full of volume. Yes, it smells very strong- like fake flowers, fake bubblegum, and a hint of coconut, but I am in that flirty, cheap-perfume type of mood so that’s maybe why I like it right now. May be heavy and strong for some, but I am loving this so far, surprisingly.

Not only does this stuff has a scent that seems really off, but the product doesn’t perform well either. This made my hair frizzy and had flyaways

I’m going to have to agree with the previous review. Eww. The smell does dissipate eventually, but, eww.
