I must be in the minority because this did nothing more than Elvive Cica cream on my overprocessed hair. It probably achieved this effect through more natural ingredients but ultimately I did not experience stronger, better hair although I used more than one bottle. It made my hair very soft, yes. However, it caused flyways and I found my hair always a bit matte after using it. I love the smell, the sturdy glass bottle and the concept but I expect better effects on my overprocessed hair at this price point.

Everything about this product, from the bottle to the scent to the texture, is pure luxe.
The oil in cream formula gives it a truly elegant feel, and allows it to penetrate in to your hair more quickly and completely. There’s virtually no residue, and your hair is instantly made silky and shiny.
I couldn’t continue to bleach my fine, straight hair without it.

I adore Phytokeratine Extreme Cream, which serves as a styling product, leave-in conditioner, and reparative serum. When applied to damp hair, it provides lightest of hold without stickiness or greasiness. Applied to dry hair, it offers additional hold for flyaways while remaining completely touchable and soft The scent has green notes, akin to other clean fragrances. It is highly concentrated, so a few pumps does the trick. Very impressed!

This did nothing for my hair. I have long, dry, wavy hair. It is fine, but I have alot of it. My hair is lightened from a dark blonde to a pale icey blonde. So, it’s damaged and very dry and I need really great products to add back in moisture and strength.
Pros:
– The packaging is great. It is a heavy jar with a pump that seems very luxe.
Cons:
– It’s advertised as a product that “deeply nourishes, regenerates, and protects hair to increase its smoothness, shine, strength, and manageability.” It didn’t do any of these things for me.
– It’s quite expensive for a product that doesn’t work well. I went through a bottle really quickly.
Price – $40.00 USD for 3.5 oz
Ingredient Info (from Sephora):
-Botanical Keratin Biomimicry technology (A complex of 18 amino acids): Perfectly imitates the natural keratin found in hair and works like a filler to fill in the gaps in the cortex.
-Sapote Butter: Replenishes hair with lipids for increased suppleness and strength. It is twice as rich in Omega 6 fatty acids as shea butter.
-Baobab Oil: Provides anti-dryness benefits and softens the hair.

Estou a adorar este produto. E já experimentei muitos leave-in e protetores térmicos. Primeiro porque é livre de silicones e porque além de proteger o cabelo, deixa-o super macio e brilhante. E posso usá-lo tanto com cabelo molhado como seco. É um multiuso. Não pesa nada no meu cabelo liso e fino. Pretendo usá-lo sempre. A embalagem é muito fácil.

I was a big fan of the Moroccanoil hydrating creme until I tried Phyto’s Phytokeratine extreme. Hands down, the best hair creme/leave-in conditioner I have ever tried. I have regularly coloured, dry, curly hair, that basically requires a lot of TLC. My hair has never been as healthy-looking as it has been since using this product… really!
I never tried the original Phytokeratine range, so I can’t really compare the Extreme range to those. All I can say is that the Extreme range is a lot more expensive than the standard Phytokeratine. I bought this from a French pharmacy for euro 25 a bottle. Not cheap, but really worth it!
The pump applicator is great. It pumps out product in small amounts, which I have always found works better with hair care products.
A minor criticism: I am not a big fan of the scent. I definitely prefer Moroccanoil on the scent criteria. Phytokeratine Extreme doesn’t smell bad at all (my colleagues think it actually smells good). It has a very typical hair conditioner smell. Not bad. It’s simply not to my taste. Having said this: I am still buying this product again and again, cause it just makes my hair feel and look good.
