R +. Co is one of those Instagram worthy product lines with gorgeous, hipster packaging and cool names. I really like a couple of their products, but find the prices too high for the performance.
Neon Lights is a silicone shine spray. My very favorite is Kenra Platinum Silkening mist, because it’s very, very light and comes out with a fine mist. My hair is fine and heavily lightened, and the ends like to misbehave.
Neon Lights comes in a can, and I’m near the end, and the mechanism works as well as it did the first day. There is very little scent. The product is too heavy to spray directly on the hair]though the mist is fine, you can get greaseball fast. I spray a bit into my palms and smooth over the top.
I wouldn’t repurchase because I think shine sprays at this quality are available for far less.
