A generous amt of product with major holding power. I have fine hair but put curls in it often. It gives a good fight in humidity and pretty much non stop in regular weather. Non- crunchy or sticky. Perfect d/s hairspray.

Very good hairspray for the price. Holds my blowout well, really does brush out easily, none of that crunchy feeling…would definitely repurchase.

meh…i had such high hopes for this hairspray. I love everything L’Oreal. I have long fine wavy(frizzy) hair and live in Chicago where the humidity can get really high. I have a long walk to work from my train (about a mile) so my hair is always effected by weather elements.
It just didn’t do anything for my hair. like so many other hair products, by the time i got to my office from my morning commute my hair was already a frizzy hot mess
Maybe i’ll try mixing in a few other products to see if i can get it to work. But i hate trying to be a magician getting a product to work correctly =(

This hairspray is pretty much awesome. I hate spending big $$ on hairsprays so finding an inexpensive DS spray that works decently is exciting. Most DS hairsprays I’ve tried leave a gross film that takes 2-3 shampoos to get out completely. And sometimes, that doesn’t even do the trick and I have to break out the clarifying shampoo. But this one comes out with just one shampoo and doesn’t dry out my hair like some other hairsprays have in the past.
The smell is a bit much on first spritz. Something about it reminds me faintly of pickle juice. But after it dries down a bit, the smell goes away completely which I like. It doesn’t leave a crunch and you don’t need to use half the can. But the biggest upside for me: it ACTUALLY does hold my hairstyle for 48 hours. It isn’t as full and voluminous, but my hairs do in fact stay where I sprayed them when I wake up the next morning. I just need a quick brush through and voila! My hair is very close to the style I had the previous day.
I would recommend giving this stuff a whirl.

After deciding I was tired of paying $20+ for Big Sexy Hairspray, I was in Target and saw this weather control hairspray. It was only $4 so even if I hated it, I wouldn’t be out too much money. The scent is strong…like almost overpowering. The first time I used it I got a headache. But I’m on day 4 and I barely notice the smell now. It does control frizz and works well on my fine hair without leaving that “dusty” residue a lot of other hairsprays use. I would repurchase.

I am a big fan of Elnett, but can’t justify the price. This product boasts “48 hours of hold” and claims to be frizz and humidity resistant. Furthermore product description says that the spray is ” micro diffused” with a new fiber technology.
I can say this: it is light, holds well, not stiff or crunchy and smells like a perfume that was popular in the 80’s to me, so maybe it smells like nostalgia? It isn’t overpowering, and I am sensitive to scents.
I have curly, long, fine hair that is prone to frizz and tangling. It has thin texture, but I have a lot of it. I’m trying to hold off on getting it trimmed, so it is very heavy and prone to lie flat without intervention from a spray. I like that this has the light feel of Elnett, but is very inexpensive ( on sale for $4). I am interested to see what the other styling products from this line offer; I noticed items made for curls on display and some for straight(ened) hair ( called Sleek.)
As for the humidity part, I can’t say for sure; were I still in FL I could answer that easily. It does feel lighter than Frizz Ease, so I might replace the FE with this come summer.
EDIT- had to return; broke my forehead out in painful blemishes. I thought it might have been another product, but after stopping use of this my skin cleared up.
