I’m on my third (maybe fourth?) bottle of this now. I’ve tried countless other products, but this is the best one for giving a bit of volume to my poker-straight, fine, short bob. It doesn’t make my hair dry or crispy and the smell is subtle (BIG winner for me as I hate overpowering scents from hair products). The bottle is quite big so it lasts a long time and you can decant it easily if you are travelling. It takes a few goes to determine the correct amount to apply – I find about 8-10 sprays is about right for me. Their other product, lemongrass volume whip, is very good too. Wish they did a lemongrass hairspray too (still looking for that perfect one!)

Finally a volume spray that works brilliantly and doesn’t make your hair crispy! I bought this spray as I wanted a spray that didn’t require heat and it works perfectly – just spray on roots after you’re out the shower and you’re done! I sometimes use rollers in my hair and when I used this spray, with rollers, I had the exact look I wanted – big, natural looking hair that wasn’t crunchy or greasy! I don’t really like the smell, that’s the only downside I have.. Perfect product *****

This really gives enough lift for my very fine hair, and I spray lightly all over my head and combs through with my fingers to spread the product before I blow dry. It smells nice and does not weigh down my hair, as long as I don’t overdose. It also gives a little shine, but I don’t think this is the product’s main selling point. I bottle of this stuff lasts me for several years, as I really don’t need that much and the bottle is fairly large. I have already repurchased once, and I will again, in a year or two. I find this to be far superior to the Bumble & Bumble thickening spray, and the effect lasts longer than most volume mousses and avoids the sticky, greasy feeling of the second day after a hair wash. I generally leave one day in between each hair wash, and this product works well with such a schedule.

This stuff is amazing. I’ve been using it for a few years now. It really does give your hair a lift, and it makes it shiny, and it keeps it lifted during the day. I have lots of fine, flyaway hair and generally no product manages to keep it styled unless it is something where it then looks like I have product in my hair. LL is not like that. You’d never know it is there. I wouldn’t be without it.

Have very fine, thin, wavy/curly hair and in the dry winter months it can look blah and flat but with many odd pieces sticking out at different crazy angles (think finger in light socket electrified hair). Lemongrass Lift applies sparingly to the roots gives my hair some life and brings the run away pieces back into a managable orbit. Found that applying too much or to end of hair makes my hair dry. Also I find that I have to wash my hair day after I use this but I have this issue with many products since my hair is so fine.

Great product – if you don’t overload. I get a lot of volume. This is not good for the hair ends although because it makes them feel dry. Really uplifting experience, I love this 🙂

I love that this is a volumizer and frizz control in one – I don’t have to use multiple products on my fine, wavy/frizzy hair. While this product does not give vavoom, big hair, it leaves my hair with adequate volume, softness and waves. The lemon scent is nice too.

I’m on my fourth bottle of this – love it. I’ve been using it for ages. I have long, fine, wavy/curly hair that I usually dry with a diffuser and when I spray this on my roots I get super volume – my hair actually looks full and it stays that way all day. 🙂 And a bottle lasts forever…

This product does a great job of adding lift to the root during a blowdrying. I just wait for my hair to mostly dry, then spray a few times along my scalp and blowdry as usual (lifting hair upwards and over, against the root). The volume holds throughout the day. I have used a couple of other root-lifting products (Matrix and Redken) but I like this one much better. The others left my hair feeling crunchy and an alcohol scent that wouldn’t go away. This one feels light, and the scent is pleasant enough and disappears quickly. The bottle is pretty large, so can be hard to grip and spray, but the amount of product will go a very long way.

i am not your average volumizing product user. i actually have thick, curly hair that i straighten everyday. the major reason that i have realized tat i do indeed need a volume product sometimes is that the majority of my hair products are very hydrating and they can weight my hair down. this a spray comes in a pump bottle with a nozzle that is targeted to easily hit the root area. an added bonus of this product is that protects hair against the excessive heat of blow dryers. it is used on a damp hair before styling. if you are using it with any other styling product, you would want to use it first because it is lighter than many other products. i love that this line’s product all contain organic ingredients and are great for your hair. another bonus is that it smells great when you use it but the smell doesn’t libnger very long in your hair. this product comes in a very generous size so i won’t need to rebuy it for quite a bit but i will when i need to.
