My hair is soft, but the mousse really offered no hold or volume. I had just had great success with Tresseme product for volume, so this was disappointing. I will finish the bottle, it is not horrible, just will not repurchase.

TRESemme products are hit or miss for me. I really like their Youth Full shampoo, so I took a chance on this mousse. It dispenses like crazy…you have to be careful not to hold the top down too long or you’ll end up with way more that you need. It foams up like crazy! It has a pleasant smell and I like that the can is shorter/fatter than a standard mousse can — makes stashing it in a cabinet a bit easier. Other positives include the lack of stickiness and/or crunchiness and the fact that it doesn’t darken the roots of my blonde hair the way some styling products do. There is zero build up. Unfortunately, this product is so light & airy that I don’t get any kind of hold of it. My hair still seems quite flyaway after I blow-dry and it doesn’t do much in the way of volumizing (which is the whole point of using it). Oh well.
