Torn on this product. I like the scent and the easy application but after I loosened my twists and my hair dried, it was drrryyyy! My hair usually retains some moisture for the first few days post-wash, but not with this product. My curls were nicely defined for the most part, but I can’t deal with the drying effect. Will most likely give this away.

I like several products from the CURLS line but this did not work for me. I found this product very drying on my 3c/4a curls. It also made my hair look rather dull. I found the CURLS Whipped cream far more effective at moisturizing and styling my hair. Like all curls products it smells amazing, like vanilla buttercream and it lasted quite some time but I will not repurchase.

I wish i could give this 3.5 stars. I have a mix of 3c & 4a curls and this is a decent moisturizer. For my hair texture I wouldnt categorize this as heavy duty. Its also too light for winter months when my hair gets dry.
It has the consistency of a creme or thick lotion, and smells like vanilla cupcakes. it mixes well with gels and the other products I use in my hair.
I do feel its expensive for the amount of product you get, considering girls with thicker textures need to use more product so the jar will go quickly.

I must not belong to the target group here, with my 2c-3a curly, coarse hair. This does absolutely nothing for me. In fact it makes my hair straighter, which I don’t want. Another minus is it makes my hair look dull. It’s moisturizing and it smells really good, the pot is great value for the money, but the visual results are very disappointing.

Love souffle’. Along with milkshake, these are some of the best hair products for naturally curly hair. Hydrating and sweet smelling they moisturize like nobody’s business.

Ways my curls down, leaves it with a greasy after feel, actually promotes shrinkage, and it does absolutely nothing to fight off frizz. Terrible product! A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY (just like the rest of the CURLS products)!
