The packaging for this product has changed and is different to the picture here. At first I was putting this product near my roots- but this didn’t really work and left my scalp itchy. Now I just spray a few spritzes through all my hair before it dries and it is wonderful! A good amount of volume throughout my very fine, thin and limp hair.
Update: I’ve taken off a lippie- this is pretty drying now I’ve gone a bit lighter with my hair. if you’re bleaching up more than a couple of shades this *might* be too dry and suck all the shine from you hair 🙁

Usually I’m pretty good about not buying hair products after salon visits, but I that’s how I ended with this useless bottle of crap. Hairstylists seem obsessed with Kevin Murphy, and I just do not get it. It’s one of those brands that I always see at the salon, but never at anyone’s house. I bought this in the hopes of getting a little volume or “anti gravity” at my roots. The stylist who sold it to me told me to spritz it lightly in my roots, and then blow dry. A second stylist told me I’m supposed to be using it from shaft to ends, not in my roots. Either way, it just dirtied and dulled my hair and shortened the lifespan of my blowout. The only good thing about this stuff is the smell, which is light and fresh. I was happiest with this spray when it was in the trash. Not a fan.
