This is a thick cream in a nice glass pot you can get day or night. The day has SPF 15 included. I tend to use the night more in the winter as in the uk there’s not a great deal of sunshine. I apply this after washing my face day or night you don’t need loads and the pot has lasted me 6wks. It sinks in lovely and recently I’ve noticed its plumped my face out a bit as I am very slim and my face is a bit gaunt. At 44 you need a good face cream. It has 3 good ingredients in it. It’s a tad expensive but I really like it. I also put a thin layer of Eucerin 5% face cream over the top to lock in all the moisture. It’s not a miracle cream but I deffinately see an improvement.
