I got this to treat scars and scabs from acne since vitamin E is supposed to help. This heals and fades them FAST so I am very happy. I like the packaging and control over amount of product since I apply sparingly as a sort of spot treatment, and it hasn’t caused new breakouts.

I have dry skin. I fought this would help. Didn’t do anything at all.

Lovely product. Nearly used up a bottle now and i can’t believe how long it’s lasted. I bought In the winter months of 2016 and have been using it every night in the colder weather. I skip this in summer as my skin doesn’t get as dry but in the cold seasons my face really benefits from the added oil/ serum combo. I love how it isn’t greasy and goes perfectly under night cream before bed. Smells nice and the packaging is gorgeous. £16 is a little expensive but I do think it’s worth it considering it actually works and lasts forever!

I dont think this is the best serum or oil product for me. My face is very oily but dehydrated and still need something to hydrate (even my face produce a lot of oil). I thought this serum in oil helps to hydrate and improve the appereance of my face, but actually it doesnt. Ive been using it like 3 months and theres no any significant result for me. So, yeah its a meh. And, i dont think i will repurchase this serum in oil. Im look out for something better than this.

someone gave this to me as a gift and the thought of oil on my face is still new to me because It makes me think of breakouts. when I first used it I had a pimple that had become a scab which is the worst because you don’t want to pick it and leave a scar but who wants a scab on their face?! after using this the first night I was actually able to cover the scab pretty well, or at least as much as is possible. the second night the scab practically fell off. by the 3rd use it had healed up almost completely. that alone is amazing to me. however, there’s more.
not only does my makeup look so much smoother on my dewy face, I’ve been able to use around my eyes (not that I’d recommend) and haven’t needed anything else at night. it also seems to be helping some acne scars. I think the smell is luxurious and any greasy feel goes away by morning if not sooner.
overall, I’d call this a miracle oil that I enjoy using and the packaging is adorable. as for the price, I have a hard time paying that much for anything but this may just be my new HG product.

I have only started using this the past week after being told how amazing it was for dry skin.
The bottle comes with a cute pipette and you literally only need a drop or two on your face so I can see this product lasting a good while. It was £16 but I got 30% student discount which is brilliant, it is definitely worth the money.
I seen results literally the morning after I started to use this oil. My skin is looking the best it has in ages, no more dry patches. Would definitely recommend!

I haven’t noticed any difference since using this, I don’t think it does any good or bad to my skin.

A nice co-worker gave this to me as she herself did not like it…I personally love it! And, I’m acne-prone. Actually, I’ve combo-skin for the most part, so this really helps those nasty little dry patches. I’m Indian, so getting white flakey dry patches on brown skin is extremely noticeable and thus I try and avoid it at all costs! Since I do however, suffer from the odd breakout, I only wear this after cleansing of course (with my Clarins gentle face wash) about 3 times a wk, which certainly has helped as my skin is soft and glowing. I currently work in cosmetics, and often customers think I’m wearing foundation when I’m not. My skin at 39 has never looked better! A decade ago it was all acne, after that dry and now finally it’s just “normal”…I believe this and my derma e vitamin A oil are to thank…

To be honest I only bought this because it was $15 and it is usually around $40 in New Zealand which is a bit expensive for me to fork out on something I wasn’t sure would work for me… So glad I had a chance to use it my skin was so dry and dehydrated I was using moisture masks and deep moisturises and nothing worked 🙁
After 3 days of using this my skin is loving it. The first day it dissapeared into my skin as my skin was so dry and dehydrated… not on the 3rd day my skin is looking more even and actually glowing.. and now the oil takes a little longer to soak into my skin which is a sign it is not as dry.
I am in love with this product and it is amazing for my skin during winter and especially as Im travelling at the moment and airplane aircon isn’t the best for skin… I will stop using it when my skin doesn’t soak it up as much and will just use it on dry sections as I dont want to breakout.
But I highly recommend to anyone who has dry and dehydrated skin and nothing else is working – this is like liquid gold for dry skin.
Thank you Body Shop for a great quality product !!!

Amazing product. I use this everyday before moisturizer, only on my cheeks though because it makes my T-zone too oily. It gives a nice healthy glow, evened out my skin, and doesn’t break me out at all. Very smooth and hydrating. It has a strong rose water scent but it goes away after application.

Lovely and suprisingly light oil that had really made my rubbish skin glow. I work outside 9 hours a day 6 days a week but using this product has moisturised and evened skin tone. Packaging is ok but pity you can’t see how much product is left and if you accidently knock over bottle it goes everywhere! Not cheap but I think this is a quality product they I would buy again.

I bought this stuff a few months ago on sale (at like TJMaxx or somewhere for like $10). I grabbed it because I get super dry skin in the winter and thought this stuff might help. I use this over Clinique’s moisture mask at night. I definitely used too much at first, it started to feel a bit suffocating so I’d only leave it on for an hour or less. Now I use it only on dry patches and I think I like it. My skin is much softer this year, so I’m not sure if its this vitamin E oil or the mask that’s working (I’m leaning towards the mask). I don’t think I’d pay full price for this, but if you ever see it on sale, it’s worth having around. Maybe not for every day/ night but it is soothing.

I love this stuff!!! It makes my skin feel amazing, I have very dry skin and this one of my favorite products. It absorbs perfectly and makes my skin soft and hydrated all day or night without looking greasy. It is so lightweight also smells great. Unfortunately it is hard to find, I also stumbled it on it at TJ Maxx and I’m not sure where I’ll get it again.
At The Body Shop currently they have a Vitamin E Serum in Oil that looks similar to this, but BEWARE it is not the same. That stuff kind of sits on your skin, doesn’t absorb, and doesn’t feel nearly as luxurious as this facial oil. I am always on the lookout for this!!

For someone who has combination skin, this is amazing. It is not a heavy oil and it definitely makes a noticeable difference from the first use. What I like best is that you can out makeup on top so if your skin really needs moisture you can use it in the morning as well.

This definitely does replenish any oil lost and would be a good buy for people with very dry skin. A little goes a long way and I saw a difference in my dry patches from day one.

I naturally have oily skin but sometimes I struggle with dry patches. In my opinion this is way too heavy for all over the face everyday but I do apply the tiniest amount in the sections of my face that are a little more dry or sensitive or anything like that. I start to see results by the next morning and it instantly relieves that dry spots. A little goes a long way and whenever I need to I would repurchase.
