   Great moisturizer! The consistency is thick, it offers your skin moisture along with calming properties. This product has an amazing scent as well. Also, a little goes a long way so a jar will last you a while depending on how often you use it. I use this as a night cream and my face is hydrated, dewy and calm in the morning. Imo, all of Shea Moisture’s facial products knock any other brand out of the park.

   I have eczema patches with an oily t-zone on my very sensitive face for reference. I bought the sample size because of previous bad reviews and I was able to get two uses out of it. I’m actually surprised this product didn’t burn or sting me like some of the other members have mentioned. In fact I actually felt a nice cooling tingle instead, but to each their own. I was a bit nervous about the rose fragrance irritating my skin as well but it seems that there was no issues. After washing it off with a nice warm damp cloth, I’m highly satisfied with the results. My skin felt moisturized and refreshed with no signs of irritation. I’m going to finish up the masks I have left and most likely buy the full size.

   Luckily I just bought the small packet of this mask.
   I have very sensitive skin, especially during season changes. I just wanted a mask that would moisturise and balance my skin.
   THIS MASK IS HORRIBLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
   I had it on my face for literally 3 seconds before the burning was too much and I took it off.
   After just three seconds of wear my skin was bright red and hot to the touch.
   No thank you. Hard pass on this.

   Had high hopes but this mask, on the whole, is a disappointment. I would not recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin because the product stings for the first five minutes – keep this well away from your eyes! It doesn’t seem to do anything for my skin that an ordinary 3 dollar mask can’t do. the end result of tighter, brighter skin is less dramatic than with other products I’ve used and is short-lived. The rose smell is sweet, soft and very nice. I will finish my tub and not repurchase.

   I love this product! I have sensitive dry skin but still have occasional breakouts. I loved the very light natural rose scent, and was very pleasantly surprised that the clay mask moisturized my skin and left it very soft and no irritation whatsoever. ( I left it on for 10 minutes). I am surprised by the reviews describing a burning sensation; I had nothing like that, although my skin is extremely sensitive. I have used many masks over the years, from extremely expensive to very inexpensive drugstore types, and this is excellent. I will definitely be stocking up. Highly recommended.

   I thought this was supposed to be for sensitive skin?!?! It gave me a burning sensation like I had applied too much benzoyl peroxide or was getting a peel. It was effective and my face looked great after so I can’t mark it down too much but it burned!

   This mask is more like Medicated mask or chemical peel, so u can’t leave it ok very long if u have sensitive skin. I only left the mask on the 1 minute the first time I used I and then 2 minutes the second time I used the mask. I used the cleansing oil before the mask. The mask is really good and it left my skin really smooth. U wwill feel a tingle or slight burn sensation( will feel like U r getting a chemical peel) when it’s on, so don’t leave it on long. I only use this product once a week, because it’s so strong . This is. Keeper
