I have been using these for a couple of years now. I tried competing brands (Ponds, Simple, Neutrogena) but I keep coming back. The towelette itself is thicker & softer than others (feels gentler on my skin) and it does a great job removing eye makeup. Like the scent. My beef is with the self-stick opening strip. It is can easily tear in the wrong direction and then you’ve got to take steps to keep air out & make sure the remaining wipes don’t dry out.

I have tried sooooo many different kinds of makeup remover wipes and these are the ones I always go back to. (I also love the clean and clear makeup remover wipes, but I feel like these are more gentle)
I think these are better than the neutrogena wipes and philosophy purity wipes!
they’re the perfect amount of saturation, perfect size, everything about them are great. I don’t mind the smell, in fact I find it refreshing and it doesn’t irritate my skin.
I wish the packaging had that little plastic cover over the opening like some do, but it really isn’t a big deal. I do like how compact the wipes are. some of these packages are unnecessarily huge and I feel like that makes the wipes less saturated.
It does only have 25 wipes, rather than 30, but I do love the price. I’ve found them for less than 5 bucks on sale.
I know you’re not really supposed to use makeup remover wipes and a cleansing oil is much better, but I like using wipes then cleansing my face with a wash with a lot of active ingredients bc I feel like it gets my skincare to work better into my skin
I was so surprised with these!! Honestly, this is the only garnier product I’ve ever liked. No other garnier product has worked out for me except a few of their hair products.

Doesn’t remove my mascara, just moves it around my eye area. I don’t like how the clothes have a plastic feel, tried using make up remover with the towelettes which didn’t absorb, likely related to that plastic feeling.

It removes a little bit of makeup but not enough to be worth it, it promises on the package that it will remove mascara instantly and no matter what I do or however many I use, it will not remove mascara.i wish I could find a decent makeup removing towelette, It’s a no from me.

I’ve bought these many times over the last 10 years and they have never disappointed. I use them at work if I have to refresh my face before going out afterwards. It’s my ‘MUST HAVE’ travel item on long haul flights when I need to clean up on a plane. Comparable products include Neutrogena and Clean and Clear’s cleansing wipes, but Garnier’s wipes are definitely the best. It completely cleans off ALL your makeup, including waterproof liner/mascara, and leaves your skin feeling soft, refreshed and hydrated. They are an easy and convenient way to erase all your dirt and makeup and start over again.

I LOVE these wipes!!! Seriously. When I first bought them, they were intended to use just for my eye make up. I am always affraid to use things on my face because it is acne prone and I am scared of breakouts ha 😀 Anyways, I said screw it and used one to wipe off some heavy duty foundation and what not before I washed toned and moisturized and I can honestly say these are fantastic. They get so so much make up off, water proof mascara not so much I use a different remover for that, but all of the other gunk is completely gone! Never had a single break out or reaction of any kind. I love the smell, price is ok, 6.00$ at Walmart for 25 to me is a bit much but I will keep buying these beauts as long as they are available

These DO NOT REMOVE WATERPROOF MAKEUP, especially eyeliner and mascara! My ultimate favorite for makeup wipes that is cheap and works just as well as the Neutrogena ones are still E.L.F ($3!) but I don’t live near a Target it’s very inconvenient so I decided to find one in a drugstore. I decided to give these a try since wanted to find a cheaper alternative to my usual Neutrogena ones. These did not irritate my skin or eyes but I felt like it did not remove much of my makeup very well. I had to tug at my skin a few times in hopes that it would remove my layer of foundation; I usually swipe once and the Neutrogena wipe would be discolored from my foundation but for the Garnier ones, one swipe and it picked up very little pigment so I don’t think that’s a very good thing! I had a hard time removing my eyeliner and had to use a q-tip dipped in liquid makeup remover to “loosen” the liner up before wiping it off (if that makes any sense lol). At least the scent is light and nothing too overwhelming. For the price (around $6-7 from my local Rite Aid) I would not repurchase this again and would not recommend this for people who uses everyday liner or strong mascara.

I initially bought these towellettes when I left my facial cleanser at home on a camping trip. They did the job well but lately what I’ve noticed is they do an awesome job at gently removing my eye makeup.

This is a fabulous makeup remover! The towelettes are big enough to remove a full face of makeup and actually get all the makeup off your face! Since I started using these towlettes I have noticed a decrease in breakouts because now I can feel I am truly getting ALL of my makeup off (even waterproof mascara, mostly) The towelettes are truly refreshing and smell great too! They have a light pleasant smell to them that makes me feel and smell clean and its not too overpowering which I love. The towelettes are also noncomedogenic and opthamologist/dermatologist tested so I love how they are also great for my skin! It is a resealable wipes package that works quite well as it seals shut tightly again and again and again and keeps the towelettes moist. It is about $6 at Walgreen’s for a pack of 25 wipes which is not terribly expensive however Nupore sells makeup removing wipes for $1.69 for 25 wipes at CVS which I saw right after I went to Walgreen’s to buy this and I felt kind of sad. However, this is a fantastic product and I think it is definitely worth the price and I would absolutely repurchase again. Highly recommended and I will definitely continue using it.

I tried 4 different brands and so far I love this one the best. The ingredients do not seem irritate my eyes and I feel that my face is pretty clean after used. Although, I still prefer to wash my face with at least water afterward. I think the texture of the towelette is good. I tried the other brand – “Simple” due to good reviews. I got no eyes irritation from it but I found that the cleansing power and texture of the towelette are both inferior to the Garnier. With the Simple brand towelette, I had to wipe harder and the texture is rougher. In turn, my eyelids skin suffered. Overall, I think the Garnier towelettes work the best for me and fit my budget the most.
