OMG this is the perfect toner, it gets rid of all makeup residue, is super gentle and calming, and smells divine, been using it since my last big skincare haul and I’m in love, my new HG!

It cleans my face thoroughly but I never have to worry about my skin getting dry or irritated. I have reordered this and think it’s the best facial cleanser. I like the sheer consistency as well–rinses off easily.

I’m towards the end of my second bottle and will definitely buy another one.
Before I use a facial cleanser, I use my fingers to gently rub this into my face. I let it sit for a bit, then wipe my make up off with soft cotton.
I’ve noticed that when I don’t use the toner before washing my face, I get a small zit the next day. This means the toner truly gets rid of debris, sweat, and make up. Love it.

I love it , nice scent, i wish they will sell a perfume (same with this toner scent) . No oily after using, fit for oily ,prone ances skin

It is a really nice alcohol free toner. It gets rid of all make-up residues and dirts in your face and gives you a really soft feeling but i think it is more appropriate to ones who has normal/dry or sensitive skin. I like it a lot but since i have combination to oily and plus acne prone skin i think i will keep on with pore minimizer toner of Yves Rocher.

Superb toner that smells great and removes last traces of makeup without overdrying or stinging. I liked the fresh scent. It’s also inexpensive, basically drug-store price range.

I bought a bottle of this toner few days ago and I wanted to use it as a toner only after cleansing my skin, but I also decided to give it a try at removing my mascara, so I removed mascara from one eye with this Yves Rocher toner and then my other eye with the make-up remover I usually use (Nivea in a blue bottle). After Nivea it was stinging as usual and after Yves Rocher it felt so great as if I didn’t even touch my eyes (before I thought it was ok for eyes to sting after make-up remover, I thought that mascara was just getting in the eyes, but now I see that it’s NOT ok and this Calmille toner proves it). My skin feels so gentle and so smooth after it without being tightened. Not to mention the lovely smell!

I am extremely picky about giving anything a five, and I had this sitting at a four for awhile, but seriously, I have not found anything wrong with it. Not even exaggerated claims. I picked this up after reading all the rave reviews here.
I have extremely oily, but dehydrated skin that love to break out in cysts and blackheads.
Here is how a little sypnosis of my journey with this gem:
Price: Dirt cheap! $7. I think that’s one of the best prices I’ve ever seen without being compromised for quality.
Packaging: Has that whole cheap plastic look. But I like the silhouette, and it has not burst on me once and I’ve taken it everywhere for travel; I’m quite abusive too so I need durable containers that can survive airplaine pressure and suitcase cramming. I squeeze a dollop on my cotton pad and wipe the excess with the same pad so I don’t waste anything. So even though the packaging isn’t super convenient, I’m not too bothered by it.
5 months since purchase, I’ve used it anywhere from 2-3 times a day, and it’s STILL not empty.
The Toner: A clear milky texture. I recall being a little taken aback by the scent at first, but now I hardly notice it. In fact, I had to take the bottle in my hand right now and smell it because I couldn’t even recall if it did have a scent. More or less alcohol free; it has propylene glycol but I can’t smell it (I can usually smell alcohol in so-called alcohol free toners and then prove it by looking at the ingredients).
Claims: Simple, practical beauty tool. 2 in 1 cleanser and toner.
What it did: Exactly as it says. I took it camping as a cleanser substitute when I couldn’t wash my face and it kept my face acne free for 3 days. It tones my face without any exaggerated promises (I have not really seen any toner do all the things it claims. This one does its basic toning. Good.) It visibly takes off any extra dirt, makeup or oils as well. My skin has a non-sticky, matte texture (almost like a cotton weave) once I’m done using it, which I like very much. It’s about as unoily as my skin feels for the rest of the day.
Conclusion: It did not promise anything more than what it did (unless we debate the ingredients, I always wonder about things like 100% pure chamomile extraction). Gives me a nice (and when needed, swift) cleanse and tone and even leaves my skin feeling matte with a nice touch (which almost no toner does). Very happy. Why complain about a good thing? 🙂

Smell is heavenly. I’ll just open the cap for a sniff if I’m in the bathroom. Label says you can use it to remove make-up, but it doesn’t do a really good job with that. As a toner, I LOVE it. It balances out the pH in my skin after cleansing. Container is large, so I poured some in a small spray bottle, do about 3 spritzes into a cotton pad and wipe away.
I have combo skin and it doesn’t overdry it, but picks up any leftover residue after I wash my face. Primes my skin for moisturizer.

This has a very nice smell and feel so soft on your skin, gliding smoothly. Its effects aren’t THAT convincing though. My skin didn’t really change after usage.
