I have ridiculously dry skin. I have never used primer, setters/fixers and know nothing about their use or what I’m supposed to do with them. I bought this solely because for preventing that tight skinned feeling this WORKS.
The original versions strong plastic chemical scent repulses me, both on myself and others. The rose scent is too close to the rose perfume some grandmas like and too strong so I went with the lavender which smells more like a lighter with a hint of lavender. The coconut scent smells nothing like coconut. Some don’t think this product is essential. As someone whose skin and sense of smell is as fussy as mine this is something I would repurchase. I also love the dewy look it gives your skin which is a task to get for those with extra dry skin.

See my review for fix+. All the wonderful original attributes apply plus a delectable rose scent. If you like roses. Not cloying or fake in any way. I spritz on alllllll day.

I can’t even describe how much I love this product.
First of all, it smells amazing. Second, its honestly so refreshing when it hits your skin. I love to set my face with this and to just use it as an afternoon refresher when my skin feels dry and tired. This mist is so beautiful and fine. My face always looks so glowy and dewy when I use this. It melts powders right into the skin so that your skin actually looks like skin and not a caked mess. I would say I’m addicted to it because its honestly so good and I don’t see myself changing this product ever. Its definitely worth a try and I will definitely keep repurchasing this.

I’ve always had a bottle of Fix+ (the original one) in my makeup cabinet but it’s never been my absolutely favourite finishing spray. Just today, though, I was at the MAC counter in my local mall on the way home from school. I was checking on something else but it was really, really warm (after a warm day in my classroom) and before I left, I picked up a bottle of the ROSE scented Fix+ just to spritz myself and cool off a bit. Ten minutes later, I was still smelling the glorious rose smell of this mist and it juts made me feel fresher and more relaxed. I’d like to mist my whole body with this stuff. I’m seriously going to head back tomorrow to pick up the full sized bottle (depending on where it’s manufactured; as a Canadian, I am assiduously avoiding products made in the US for what I think are obvious reasons).

Love this, takes away the powdery look of my setting powder & gives me dewy glowy skin. I’m not a rose water fan, in fact it’s horrendous lol but the scent of this is really pleasing & isn’t at all offensive or strong. Packaging is awesome, love the box it comes in & the pump spray bottle. Best part is that you get sooo much so it’ll last a while. This one is LE but I think that it should replace the current permanent one.

Its not a moisturizer.
I cant use it over or under my foundation because it acts like water and cakes up my foundation.
Nor does it set my foundation
i love the smell though but still waste of money imo.

I might would purchase this again, maybe. Initially I was extremely skeptical, not being one to jump on the fads, but it has a very nice scent and does help in smoothing out cakey makeup when used with a brush. I find the mist refreshing, though sure, this product is totally not an essential.

This product is absolutely amazing. I’m an African-American woman whose skin is combination (t-zone) and this is the ONLY product that allows my make up to stay put. I also prep my skin with use with MAC Prep & Prime Face Protector SPF 50 before applying makeup which prevents any shine whatsoever coming thru. I love everything MAC anyway!!!

This product was used on me by a MAC mua last april and i thought this product was the reason all my makeup stayed on well for over 8 hours- and i was wearing heavy makeup for a fashion show. when the mua misted my face with this product, i did not see any residue, which i liked. however when i purchased it and put it on, it left a veil of oily looking skin. when i touched my face it had seeped in and felt normal, but looked far from it. in pictures my skin looked i had an oily veil all over it. this product is also supposed to take out puffiness, but that did not happen either. i think this product is a complete hoax and i would never buy it again
