So, I was in CVS and browsing around when I saw these E.L.F. blotting sheets with translucent powder. I’ve never seen this kind of product and thought it was a new thing until i read reviews. LOL. I never buy blotting sheets because I don’t have a problem with oily skin but had an idea of hi Ute these could work great for me…and i was right! CVS prices are so inflated…even on the normally cheap e.l.f. products, so I checked out Amazon to see if they were carrying them. Instead of e l.f. I luckily came across this brand! At $3 a pack, I was a very happy camper. This line even let’s you choose shades for your skin tone(though I’ve always been a translucent girl) . So I bought a oak to compare the 2. Since I do but have oily skin, I use these f your my midday makeup touch ups. I apply the powder anywhere where it looks like base makeup is sweating off our just looks like I’ve been wearing a while and instant makeup refresher! My face looks revived and freshly applied when done touching up the rest of my face..blush, lipstick etc. I don’t know what it is about the rice powder but it makes my skin/makeup look much smoother and more natural.. The process of applying by pressing the paper into your skin, assists the product with melting into skin instead of just sitting on top of everything looking cakey/powdery. The sheets are big enough to do my whole face plus a little extra if i want to add more to certain areas. I only have to do this one a day so 1 pack will go far for me but won’t stop me from stocking up! I absolutely LOVE this beauty find that simplifies my afternoon and saves me time

I won’t be repuchasing this product, but I didn’t hate it either. Just had a little too much powder on them. I had to use a brush to dust into face afterward.

At the beginning I really liked this, but later I realized that the purchase wasn’t worth it. The tissues are really big for what I need, so it’s a waste. Also, it leaves my face with remains of the powder or whatever. I used normal tissue before buying these ones and I pretend to return to those. Not buying again.

Not very good.
Size is nice but overall this blot tissue was not that great. As other reviewers stated it can be too powdery and it can get on your clothes if you are not careful.
It does blot the oil but somehow just does not do a good job. I do not know what it is exactly but these do not work well for me.

These papers leave their powdery residue all over my clothes, all over my face, everywhere! They are far too messy and I don’t even think they are much better than the ELF papers yet they are messier and more expensive. Pass!

I like them but I don’t love them. The powder looks cakey if you are too oily when blotting. Also, my face is a little bit ashy because the translucent “tone” is very white and leaves you all pale looking, that is why I mostly use the side of the sheet that doesn’t have powder. Is strange because the translucent tone of the loose powder is really colorless and I thought they used the same powder for these sheets. I see it’s not the case.
I like that they absorb oily very well and that are bigger than average. Don’t love the packing because is too fragile. Also, the brand here is not as cheap in other countries so the price/quality proportion is not as obvious as in the places where the product is cheaper.

I am never without these fantastic little blotting papers. I have extremely oily skin and sometimes need to use two in order to soak it all up. Depends on how far into the day I am and hour long I’ve gone between touch ups. My oiliness is more extreme than most people’s though. This also leaves some light powder in place of the oil so you kill two birds with one stone. I’ve been using them since I discovered them as a teenager and will continue to do so. They’re a lifesaver for greasy girls like me! The only place I can find them is at Sally beauty supply. Also I have tried every blotting paper I have come across and these are the best.

I had heard good reviews on these little papers so I thought I’d try them out. I really like that they are bigger than your average oil blotter. I like how one side has a slight amount of translucent powder on it so you can not only blot oil, but touch up as well. These papers are huge and sometimes I don’t even use an entire sheet, so I tuck it away in my purse for another touch up later on in the day.

LOVE THESE. Over any blotting products, this is the best. The only for slide is that it’s messy! 🙁

I love these! I usually use the clean and clear oil absorbing papers but these are even better because they have rice powder, too. Also, they are about half the price of the clean and clear papers and are easier to get out of the package too. I will be purchasing again!
