I have a couple products from Alpha-H and I am very fond of them.
This particular product however, I do not rate well. The cream itself is not bad, but add in terrible/faulty packaging with the high price tag and it’s not good.
The problem with the packaging is that the cream reacts with the metal applicator causing it to corrode. Every single morning, there is a glob of greenish/blue corrosion like when a battery goes bad. It’s eating away at the applicator and completely contaminating the product. I have probably wasted the majority of the cream by squeezing out and wiping away any affected product just to be able to apply it.
The cream itself is ok but not particularly effective – I am unsure if that’s due to the corrosion or not. I have stopped using it because it definitely does not seem safe.
I have noted quite a few reviews with the exact same problem.
I will not repurchase this. Very disappointed.
