I’m on my second tube. LOVE this product and will not go without it. Makes my skin look smoother, clearer, and softer. I have oily, acne prone skin and large pores. You’d never know!!! I hate spending $25+tax on such a small tube of something, but it’s worth it.

I’m a bit torn on this one, I want to love it, but C24 just isn’t for me in the end. It tends to low-key irritate my skin and causes tiny reds bumps, even on body. I strongly suspect it happens because of ‘ethylhexyl palmitate’, because other silicone-based/anhydrous ascorbic acid products (Skinmedica, Citrix, PC 24% etc.) don’t do that to me, so it’s not the silicones or the ascorbic acid. Other than the negative side-effect, it does work, it delivers ascorbic acid and brightens my skin. It does sting a bit, but it’s not unbearable. The sting and the acidity isn’t same as with ascorbic acid that’s dissolved in water, it’s more muted with C24. The silicone part also makes skin feel soft and velvety, kinda like a makeup primer. It also comes with same potential side-effect – C24 can ball up when used with other products. I don’t think the hyaluronic part does anything for me, though, at least not in the impressive way hyaluron that is has soaked up water does. The price of C24 is also comparatively affordable when compared to other anhydrous ascorbic acid products, so I think C24 is a great option for adding stable ascorbic acid to a routine, but only if skin is fine with all the ingredients.

It works, it will get rid of marks and pigmentation. I use it in the morning before camellia oil and then sunscreen, with mineral foundation powder. I don’t use it every morning as I think it is too strong. I don’t like the sensation, and it irritates my skin a little. Like others said, for the price it is very good. But be aware if you are sensitive. I also find it hard to spread. I am replacing this with something else that is more gentle, a serum with Vit C. Also try Andalou’s Vit c and turmeric serum, it is not as potent but far more gentle.

i quite like this product, im noticing an improvement in my skintone with use. As others have stated it does have silicone which feels weird but i’ve learned how to work with it. I have significantly sun damaged skin with loads of lovely dark spots and pigmentation and wrinkles. Not too bad and not too great. I use this in my night time skincare routine but every third night (i don’t use it with retinol). It is a bit stingy when it first goes on but that sensation disappears after a few seconds. I cleanse, then add a hydrating serum (currently enjoying the Hylamide Sub Q), then either an AHA or BHA overnight, then the vitamin C24. I have dry sun damaged skin, I also have a tube of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, i use that over the Indeed Vitamin serum, being such a heavy overnight moisturiser the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream works a treat over the Indeed Vitamin C24. I let it soak into my skin its working great for me.

I can’t comment on the efficacy of this product, because I couldn’t stand the texture for long enough for it to do anything. It feels like a thick primer, yet it is difficult to spread onto the skin. The directions say to apply this under moisturiser, but it felt like it was suffocating my skin, and when I applied my moisturiser, it sat on top of my skin rather than absorbing as usual. The formula is mostly silicone, which is totally useless in skincare. I returned this pretty shortly after purchasing it.
I will say that the packaging is nice, a very basic, opaque tube which will keep the product stable.

Pros: seems to be effective – l have noticed less pigmentation and an overall more even complexion. Price and packaging are good.
Cons: hate the way this feels. Very siliconey which I find really bizarre for a treatment product. Doest feel moisturising despite containing hyluronic acid. Stings.

This is a a Vitamin C formula with 22% L-ascorbic acid, and has a list of ingredients that is moisturising, safe for skin, and stable. I use this at night, as I prefer not to have it lose its efficacy over the day.
Pros: It works. It works. It has reduced a lot of my dark pigmentation (I have quite a bit because I was undiagnosed with PCOS for quite a time) and my skin is much more plump. If you choose to use this in the morning, I think this would make a great pore-filling base/primer for makeup. Just don’t forget sunscreen!! The price is also quite reasonable compared to other stable vitamin C formulas and serums.
Cons: It says it has 2% hyaluronic acid, but I didn’t feel it was even mildly moisturising. You definitely want to use a creamier lotion or cream underneath if you have dry skin. Secondly, it has dimethicone in it, which gives it a very strange finish for a night time skin routine. I’ve always associated dimethicone with my pore-filling makeup primers and bases but it is acceptable in skin care (it does not clog pores or suffocate them, copious amounts of research on this). The con is that although it makes a fantastic physical barrier for the skin and pores, it can also serve to trap bacteria, germs and dirt underneath it if you’re not working with clean skin. Personally, for me it just gave me a very poreless, smooth finish that felt strange at night because it just sits on top of the skin. Because of this ingredient, I would use this at the end of your night time skin routine, although the instructions suggest using a moisturiser after this product. It also has a strange smell, not good or bad, just something out of place.
I think this is a really good and effective vitamin C product which a high concentration of actives. The price is AUD$37, which is mid-range, but still more affordable than Drunk Elephant or alternative stable vitamin C products with high concentrations. It also goes on sale at Priceline regularly which helps. Good as an introductory vitamin C product.

*EDIT When you use Vitamin C, you must use sunscreen. This stuff amps up from tingly stinging to wasp bite-type pain when you put sunscreen on top. Even on neck and décolleté. Not sure I’m going to finish this one.
