An exfoliating overnight mask – contains the AHA glycolic acid, BHA salicylic acid, and niacinamide. In theory it should work fairly well but there’s something about this formula that my skin doesn’t like at all. It’s a clear gel that dries down to a tacky, sticky layer on the skin. After a week of use, I began developing areas of tight, flaky skin. I’d remove flakes with a muslin cloth in the shower in the morning, then apply make-up as usual. However, one time when I used the staff loo with the mirror at work, horrified to discover the flakes returned with a vengeance – I looked like a snake trying to shed its skin. I can only imagine what my colleagues must have thought as the day wore on. Haven’t used it since.

This is a good product. Its a sticky gel rhough so it dosent fit in as part of a skin care routine very well though. I cant put moisteruzer over top of it, it always balls up even if i wait like 30 minutes. But.. its not a big issue, the next day i wash my face, use toner, and moisturizer and my skins tottally good. I used this product two days in a row, then had two days off, and now tonight im using it again. As of today, my skin tone is even, my pores are smaller, the black heads on my nose are dissapearing. I also have exfoliated twice using a exfoliating pad though. My skin started to purge after i washed my fave the first night, i went to put toner on and i could see the pimples forming ( same areas i normally break out). They were surface simples. Not deep at all. But alot of them. Also some red dots started appearing on ny jaw/chin. I have horomonal acne so its usually where i break out anyways. The second night i had a bunch of them, so i took a break and they were way better today. So i decided to use it ahain tonight since my face looks really good besides the ourging and red dots. I also get cysts and other clogged pores on my neck in that area so im thinking its just something like that. But ill just keep taking a break and see. Im only giving it a 4 because i havnt used the product long enough.

I put this on quite thick as an overnight mask and I love it. It helps the most with texture on the cheeks for me. It can make a texture breakout completely flat within 3 days.
I have super dry, sensitive skin. I put this on top of my regular skin routine only at night and it doesn’t dry or irritate me. Love it!

So almost done with my first tube of this. I would not purchase it again. My first time using it I woke up the next morning with a bunch of little balls of sebaceous filaments and/or black heads on the surface of my skin that washed right off. I was very impressed even though it was gross because that meant it was really doing something! Since then I’ve used it a few times a week but I just don’t see it doing anything. It does work ok as a spot treatment I guess but the product isn’t blowing me away I mean a soot treatment of an SA face wash works just as well overnight . The smell when you first apply is fine but holy crap once it dries a little it smells HORRIBLE. Kinda like rotten fish. The scent does go away thankfully. Also when trying to layer moisturizer over it it can ball up. It does NOT play well with my clean and clear morning burst gel moisturizer! Instant peeling mess. I can use my cervae lotion over it. I went out and purchased another alba good and clean mini peel and will be sticking with that since I get faster and way better results for a much better price point. I will finish my tube because at $15 this wasn’t exactly cheap.

I’ve been using this for around 6 months now. I find it is gentle yet effective. It helps with skin texture and blackheads. This has a thick gel like consistency that doesn’t always play well with others. If I put moisturizer on top of it it will often ball up. So instead I’ve been using it as a last step on top of moisturizer. It seems to work both ways. I probably won’t repurchase but only bc I want to try new things. I think this a good affordable option. I noticed results after 2 weeks of consistent use.

This stuff is really working out well for me. I’ve run out of my last serum, a glycolic serum that was discontinued, and this was on sale, so I gave it a shot. It’s cheaper, anyway. This is a gel and not a serum, and it’s not as easy to spread over my face–I think I’m using more–and it smells a little strange, but in the two weeks I’ve been using it, my skin is very smooth and soft and clear. Will definitely repurchase.

Unfortunately, this product caused a severe allergic reaction to occur all over my face, neck, and chest. I woke up with normal skin, washed my face and while I was at work began noticing weeks developing across my cheeks and forehead. It is incredibly itchy and I took benadryl almost two hours ago. Will not recommend.

I suffered from a really bad breakout of hormonal acne after I stopped taking birth control. My self esteem plummeted as my once perfect face was covered with clogged pores, cystic acne, and an abundance of fresh acne scars. After doing some research I read that glycolic acid was a neat fix for the textured skin that I had acquired. I started off with the Nip+Fab line since it had a low percentage of the acid, and it was so affordable (BOGO 50off at Ulta at the time).
I ended up returning a few of the items that did not do anything for my skin (specifically the pads, I don’t understand the hype for those at all). But this one was a keeper!! Out of all of the products in the line I saw the most improvement from this product. In just one week the majority of my acne had diminished and my fresh acne scars were beginning to lighten. For the percentage of glycolic acid to be so low, this product is really effective if you’re introducing your skin to AHAs.
This is my third week using the product and I’ve started to use it as a spot treatment on top of the Alpha Hydroxy 10% AHA lotion for my face. As of this morning, my skin is super smooth and soft and clear of all bumps, except for one that is still in the process of healing. My acne scars are still lightening, but I know it will take a good while before they will be gone completely.
When I run out, this along with the cleanser in this line will definitely be repurchased. 10/10 I recommend to anybody with sensitive skin that is introducing AHA products into their regimine

I bought this on offer along with the Glycolic Fix Extreme Night Pads (amazing) and the Serum. I really wanted to like this purely as the ingredients seemed so good (2nd Niacinamide, 4th Glycolic Acid) and didnt have anything that irritates my skin. I’ve used it a few times now and honestly..the smell just turns me completely off.
At first it has the same nice grapefruity smell that the whole line does but once it dries on my face it reeks of FISH! I dont know maybe I got a bad batch, but still there is no way I am putting that on my face again.
As the poster before me said, this also peels and its VERY annoying. Ive used this as a serum AND as a moisturizer seperately and both times it peeled and I had to start my routine all over again.
As for the actual affect it has had on my skin well I cant comment as I must have used it at most 4 times on and off because I couldnt stand the smell.
Really, really not worth it in my opinion. The serum is far better and does NOT contain any silicones as the previous poster mistakingly wrote..although she could have meant something different!

My biggest skin concern is clogged pores. I get flesh colored bumps between my cheekbone and jawline that sometimes get inflamed. It creates a lot of texture around my skin and I was very self conscience about it.
Well it has been just about a week of using this product and my skin has never been more smooth and the over all tone has never been so even. I researched glycolic acid after Desi Perkins mentioned something about it on her Snap chat. I randomly found the Nip + Fab line at Ulta and grabbed the glycolic acid overnight gel. ((Side note, make sure to read the ingredients with this line. I originally picked up the glycolic acid serum and once i got home i realized it had cyclopentasiloxane in it so I exchanged it.))
Within 4-5 days my existing clogged pores slowly diminished and my skin became smoother. This product also seems to help prevent my pores from clogging as well. This product has also helped the redness diminish.
I am so beyond thrilled with this product. It was so effective in such a short amount of time. I also want to mention that this has replaced a $70 product that I now, USED to use, to help keep my clogged pores under control.
I do have dry skin but this has not made my skin any more dry.
The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because when I apply my moisturizer over this, even if I let it settle in, my moisturizer starts to pill. If anyone knows how to prevent this please let me know 🙂
