I was at their Howe street in Vancouver to return a product because it caused sensitivity. The male cashier who dressed up as a woman was at the counter. I also see him at their Metrotown branch.
He was convincing this customer in front of me that she can return any products without issues but when it was my turn at the counter, I told the cashier that I want to return the product that I bought because it gave me sensitivities. I said I’ve been using it on and off. He gave me a cold irritated look and said that I should have given it more time. I just told him that I’ve been using it on and off (I’ve been using it for 6 months).
While he did give me a refund, his attitude was unacceptable and people were actually looking.
So I guess this guy was just lying to their customers when he gave them such warm assurances about returning goods but when it’s time to actually return something, he scowled at them.
I’m sure other staff are nice, it’s just this particular guy with brown skin who dressed up as a woman who was very unfriendly and shaming customers.
