I’ve heard you shouldn’t use rosewater on your face but I don’t think that’s true lol (at least not for me). I use this as a very moisturising toner but it gets rid of cleanser well too (I like using it after I use sunscreen or before re-applying sunscreen). It’s cheaper in Europe than in the US so if you’re travelling, I really recommend stopping by Santa Maria Novella shops bc the price differences are pretty big. This is definitely one of their best products. For me what makes this product my fav. toner is not only the effectiveness but the fragrance itself is very soothing and fresh–it smells like freshly-cut roses which is rare in skincare (technically this product isn’t strictly skincare however–apparently the scent is helpful with migraines). It’s a very sophisticated rose and lasts a while–sometimes I put a cotton pad doused in it next to my bed bc I really love the scent. If you’re wondering about the effect of fragrance on skin, for me (and I have very sensitive skin), I’ve never had a problem using this toner and my skin became significantly better after I started using it.

I use this toner day and night after I wash my face. It’s great as an extra cleanser and removes any left of make-up residue on my face, particularly undereye concealor.
The toner is gentle on the skin, and has helped tone down the redness on the plains of my cheeks, and my temples. It hasn’t done much for my combination skin (bad t-zone, chin and middle of forehead) but it has reduce the number of pimples I get from 2 or 3 a month to 1 a month (when that time of month comes around y’know).
And it smells wonderful. Highly recommended!

You cannot go wrong with this product. It is just the most wonderful, almost cabbage roselike scent. Very soothing and refreshing. It is an HG for me. Very good value for money compared to other high end brands. The 500 ml size is particularly economical. Packaging, good quality: simple and elegant. Would highly recommend.

The smell is beautiful and it’s very hydrating. I was using Jurlique, which I like too but this one is a better bargain. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous and the amount of product you get is well worth the price.

I have been using this for years now and it is absolutely my favorite rosewater.
I use at night after cleanser, in the morning as a detergent, and also on cotton balls for my eyes after a long night out, or anytime i want to feel refreshed!
it is seriously one of those things I couldn’t stay without.
Makes your skins so soft and refreshed, without leaving any sticky or drying feel, and smells good without being too much.
Put it in the fridge in summertime and use it anytime you want some freshness!
Would definetely repurchase for ever and ever 😉
ps: I understand the price in the US it’s basicly the double of the italian one, but it’s worthy.
