I’m writing a review for most of the B&BW classic shower gels. I’ve used many different scents over the years (including sweat pea, which I personally enjoy for the nostalgia element. It reminds me of simpler times.) and currently just finished up Pretty as a Peach. I like these shower gels, they do the job well but to be honest they nothing to write home about. I keep coming back mainly for the scents, and will only buy them when they have a good sale. Sometimes I’ll get a free travel size item coupon, and I typically will use it on a shower gel.
I don’t find any irritation in using these, and feel clean afterward. Most of the scents never last long on my skin, but that doesn’t really bother me. I will continue to buy these from time to time, as there’s just nothing that compares with their array of scents particularly the ones they put out during fall and winter.

Sweet Pea is an ok scent; I don’t love it or hate it. It’s a little overpowering for my taste, but it’s a sweet, fresh floral that’s nice for spring or summer. I like B&BW’s Creamy Body Washes since they are more moisturizing than the Shower Gels.

I don’t know how to describe this scent but I like it. I suppose it’s what Sweet Pea flowers smell like? I don’t know, but it’s a fresh lightly floral scent. A nice change from the foody ones.
I prefer the Creamy Body Wash to Shower gels because the container is so much easier to use in the shower.

This is just an okay scent to me. I’m not really fond of it. The shower gel is nice enough and leaves my skin soft and clean.

This is a very average shower gel. I got it as a gift, so I don’t know the price, but I know the price of Bath and Body Works products generally, and I’m pretty sure it cost more than it should have. This product belongs in the grocery store soap section for $2.99 a bottle. It provides a decent lather, but the smell is completely UN-natural and entirely too strong. It’s going to be a long time before this bottle is gone. My mom, knowing my beauty habit All Too Well, suggests bath and beauty products to inquiring relatives as a gift idea for me, but in their naiveté, they go to Bath and Body Works. Oh well. Next year, I’ll have her tell them I’m into diamond jewelry and see if I fair any better.
