Just finished my first tube of this cream shave and would buy again. I was surprised at how little I had to use to cover my legs. It’s super thick & concentrated. I clogged up my shaver by using too much the first time. Didn’t make that mistake again. It’s a very tropical fragrance with a coconut note in it. I didn’t have any problems with shaving nicks and noticed that the cream was quite moisturizing. The only complaint I have is that the cream is so thick I had difficulty squeezing the last bit out of the tube. But I cannot think of a better container design for such a thick product. And the per-use cost had to be super-low as this tube lasted a long time. So it was a good buy and a good-performing product.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STUFF. It smells great, feels great, works great. I use it with my safety razor. I have paid much more for other products, including natural ones, that did not work as well as this. And the price! Amazing.

I wasn’t sure how to rate this but there’s nothing I like about it. The scent smells good in the tube but in the shower it gave off an artificial mango smell. It’s not moisturizing. It doesn’t lather at all which I guess is to be expected from a shave cream? But it clogs my razor like no other… no matter how much I try to rinse it out the blades stay clogged with cream and hair. Also I never ever used to have irritation or cuts on my legs but I started using this and that all changed. My legs have been getting nicked and irritated and the only thing different about my shaving routine has been this shaving cream. To top it off the packaging is super inconvenient. I’m going back to shave gels again and obviously will never repurchase this.

Oh how I adore this product! It smells great (I’ve tried all the scents and they are all pretty awesome), I don’t get razor cuts anymore, no more razor burn either, leaves my skin smoooooooth 🙂 Also, you get a lot of product and you need just a little bit to get a great shave so it turns out it’s more economical than the shave gels that I used to run out of quite frequently. No gross rust rings by the tub either!

I’ve gone through a few tubes of this stuff, it’s so much better than the expensive women’s shave foams that Gilette makes! I tend to get itchy legs after shaving, but this really helps to keep my skin moisturised, and it smells nice! I use the same technique as another reviewer to avoid gunk build-up in my razor – just take a little container/jug into the shower, fill it up and swish the razor in it every few strokes. Definitely worth a try if you have sensitive skin, I buy mine from iherb and it’s super cheap, much better value for money than the shave creams on the shelves in Australia!

I usually dread shaving my legs because my skin is SO dry and I’m always flakey/itchy afterward, but this is my new HG! My skin actually feels protected while I’m shaving, and moisturized and healthy afterward. I originally switched because even the shave gels for sensitive skin were too harsh and I didn’t want anything synthetic on my raw skin. I haven’t even had razor burn since switching and I think it’s probably because the ingredients are all natural. The smell is also downright sexaaay.
The thickness is a testament to how moisturizing it is, and if you apply a thin layer and use a decent razor, it won’t clog the blades. A little goes a long way, so worth the extra couple dollars!!

The is my HG for shaving products. Yes I said it HG!!! For reference I have very dry and sensitive skin. In the past I have used cream or gel shave products/conditioner.Everytime I shaved, I felt as if my skin had been stripped of all it’s moisture; no matter what brand I used. My skin felt taught and itchy. I was hesitant to spend more than 5bucks on something I use to shave. Not only has this shave cream reduced irritation (razor burn) (NO NICKS NO CUTS) I don’t feel like I want to scratch off my skin the moment I step out of the shower anymore! Wonderful mango-vanilla scent, not overpowering at all. YOU MUST rinse you razor often when using this product, as well as use a THIN layer on the skin while shaving. Trust me the results are worth it. My legs never felt smoother and my skin never felt better. This product actually lasted me around 4+ months; so the price point may be a shock at first but truly you get your moneys worth as opposed to purchasing your run of the mill shaving prodct which usually I run out of in about a month. The forumlation is fantastic. Hypo-allergenic Soap-free No synthetic colors pH balanced 100% vegetarian ingredients and no animal testing can’t ask for a better product than that:)

The artificial fragrance is way too strong, it gunks up my razor, and due to the texture (too thick, leaves a film) I can’t get a very close shave.

LOVE this product! The warm (not sugary) scent of mango and vanilla is so comforting in the shower. I’ve converted all 3 of my younger sisters to this shaving cream because it is simply heavenly on legs/armpits. It leaves the skin so soft and well moisturized, ideal for Winter and Summer weather.
However there is a trick to this shaving cream. As many have said, it will gunk your razor unless you clean it. I recycled a small plastic container (cup size) that I fill with warm water and place by my side as I take my time shaving my legs. I dip the razor in the water and swish it around every few strokes. This keeps the blade clean and guarantees a smooth results- as well as extending the life of my razor since no soap will be left in the blades to break it down (that’s what causes nicks) I don’t rush the experience of shaving my legs, i get up an extra 10 minutes early on days I need to shave just so I can take my time and not feel rushed, making sure to get those tough areas (around the knees) for a perfect shave. It also gives the shaving cream a chance to sink into my skin and fully moisturize it. I also get to bask in the warm scent longer, appreciating the aroma therapy quality of this product. My legs feel so smooth and soft when I am done- their not dry or flaky, and best of all not irritated! No more rash like bumps for me! I also notice that the hairs on my legs grow back softer and not ‘stubbly’ which is a huge improvement for someone who has dark thick hair!
I highly recommend this product. I won’t be switching to anything else. I used to be so fed up with shaving gels/creams I used to simply use conditioner- but that did not give my skin enough protection from the razor. What initially won me over was the scent and natural ingredients, now I’m sold on product performance. You won’t find anything else in my shower except this shaving cream!

Smells so good! I was about to buy a non scented shaving cream but when I smelled this I couldn’t resist! It works very well and the tube lasts a long time. I also use this to moisturize in the shower sometime because unlike other shaving creams (that contain alcohol or something that makes my legs dry) this one keeps me so moisturized! So it doubles as a lotion 🙂 Definitely try it out and hey, even if it doesn’t work out for you, use it as a lotion! It’s also very cheap (I think $6 for a large bottle?)
