I’m surprised this hasn’t been reviewed before as it’s been around for well over a decade and half, if not longer. In a nutshell: this is a very ‘basic’ bath foam, you add 2 tablespoons to your bath and enjoy a good soak. When I say basic I’m talking about the formulation – only 9 ingredients (not counting the 4 component ingredients at the end of list). Amongst these ingredients you have pure lavender oil (yaay), along with the not-so-great such as Sodium Laureth Sulfate. I could happily live without that ingredient, there are so many more better and more natural alternatives out there nowadays. Please take note L’Occitane chemists if you are reading this!
It also contains fragrance – lots of it, just so that y’know the lavender oil has a bit of a boost to make it extra lavender-y! In other words ‘lavender heaven’, if you like lavender you will love this. Luckily I fall under that category and literally all I need after a hectic day is to run myself a bubble bath with this and enjoy a good soak. Despite the ‘SLS’ I don’t find this drying in any way, my skin feels supple once I’ve rinsed all the bubbles off and very fragrant in a good way, it allows me to transport that relaxing lavender scent across to my bed where it helps me to fall asleep that much more easily. A therapeutic addition to my bathroom cabinet!

I love constantly trying out new stuff – usually sample sizes via e-bay, also plenty courtesy of a friend who works at Sephora)
