Such a good product but only one review?! Come on guys!
I’ve got a normal skin but typical disposable razors (Gillette/Bic/Dorco) hurt my skin and cause redness and inflammation (especially on my neck). I also suffer Seborrheic Dermatits and it makes the situation a little bit complicated. I used to use Shaving cream or mousse, not gel. This is the first shaving gel I’ve used. I can tell you that there is a great difference between a mousse and a gel. Gel is usually better for sensitive skin. It’s gel before you apply it and after that it transforms into mousse! But mousse is always mousse! It also moisturizes your skin better than mousse thus giving you a closer shave. You don’t to push the razer on your skin, you just gently slide it. I also did a comprehensive research on shaving gel/creams and found this product the most valuable of them all (actually for you, not me!). Yves Rocher Shaving Gel has got a safer formula (No parabens, no alcohols) and the price is quite fair when you consider the little amount you need for each shave (I myself apply a large amount because I shave once a week). Speaking of price, this product is like two times more expensive here, like I pay 16 USD for it (In Iran). But I assure you it’s worth it. Finally about the package, it’s good overall but the pump is short and small so it’s it’s extremely easy to push by your thumb while holding it in your hand. Its black cap gives it a masculine and special look. It also sits tightly on its place so you’ll have to force it open.

I don’t remember the exact name of this product since my husband threw away his last can, it belongs in the Men’s section of Yves Rocher and it’s a shiny green can that sprays out a white mousse like whipped cream. Of course I haven’t tried it but my hubby says it’s better than the usual supermarket brands, although it’s also more expensive too. He likes it, he asks me to pick one up for him whenever I go to Yves Rocher.
