Edit 4/27/18: OK, I really love this shampoo! I bought another bottle and as a shampoo-hopper that means love lol.
(This is actually called Blonde Highlights Shampoo with Chamomile. Maybe it changed?)
I’ve used about 1/2 a bottle now and really like it. Seems gentle on colored hair and easy on my sensitive, oily scalp. I’m not really sure how, but it makes my hair kind of smooth but light at the same time without silicones. Not much residue, either. Pretty good and I bought the matching conditioner recently.

This is one of my two regular shampoos (along with Giovanni 2Chic Blackberry), and I love it. It is gentle, cleanses well, leaves hair fresh, light, and soft, never dried out (I have hair on the drier side) and doesn’t irritate my sensitive scalp. It smells lovely- like a typical French chamomile beauty product. It is pricey to purchase in the USA (& harder to find in shops) but worth it as it agrees with my sensitive scalp. I repurchase this one time and again. Highly recommend.

I recently changed all my hair care routine and I’m very pleased with the result.
This shampoo cleans well without stripping hair of moisture, it doesn’t build up, it smells nice and my blonde highlight do not become brassy (I also use purple shampoo every other week so I’m not sure it’s because of this one).
I always wash my hair two times and the single downside is that I would run fast out of a 200ml bottle. Next time I’ll buy 400ml 🙂
Update (one month later): I’ve used this shampoo for 3 months now and I must say it dries out my hair and scalp. My scalp got eczema for the first time in my life! Nothing changed except this shampoo, I even stopped blowdrying my hair.
Will never buy it again.

This is my favorite shampoo I’ve ever purchased. I have fine, curly hair that is easily prone to frizz, and becomes less curly and more wavy if it gets too dry. Since I switched to Klorane (from davines), my hair has been noticeably more smooth and has an easier time holding curl.
In terms of color: My hair is brown, so I’m not sure what compelled me to buy this, but I’m glad I followed my instincts. It does seem to have brought out some natural highlights in my hair (to the point my friend commented on it), but tbh in most lighting I can’t tell a difference. I think my hair might just be shinier in general so it seems lighter, but I’m definitely not complaining.
Scent: I’m in love with the smell of this shampoo. I’m usually more of an “energizing” or minty person when it comes to shampoo, but this is surprisingly nice and I’m still not sick of it. It smells exactly like a cup of chamomile tea with honey.
I have no qualms with the price. It’s cheaper than my last shampoo and a little goes a long way. It lathers as well as a cheap shampoo ;). No issues with the packaging, but I bought it in-store.

This is a great shampoo for fine, blonde hair. As a disclaimer, my hair is fine and bleached/processes. It has warm undertones and is particularly prone to brassiness.
PROS
I didn’t notice it doing anything particular to the color, but that’s probably a good thing. After about a month of washing with hard water, my hair tends to develop brassiness. This did a nice job slowing down that process (but not eliminating it completely). It’s not magic, thought.
It eliminates oils without harshly stripping my hair, leaving it feel light and clean.
The fresh herbaceous-honey smell is really quite a nice departure from the sticky-sweet fragrance in most hair products.
It develops a rather impressive lather from a small amount of shampoo. That’s hard to find in a plant-based shampoo.
CONS
The packaging- the cap breaks/gets stuck. Whatever, I just won’t be traveling with it.
The price. It’s literally more than half the price in France (where I originally bought it) and there are no discernible formula changes here in the US. Paying $20 for something here is absurd when I paid $8 in France is a little insulting.

It’s so strange that I’m the only one who seems to have had this reaction, but I feel like this shampoo either doesn’t clean my hair all the way or leaves the roots a little greasy—especially if I go more than a day between washes, which I almost always do. That said, absolutely everything else about this product is wonderful.
I had been lusting for this product for a while, but waited until a recent trip to Paris to pick it up at a pharmacie. The scent, as other reviewers have mentioned, is heaven—a delicate blend of honey and chamomile. Love. The blonde-ing effect is quite startling! I couldn’t believe how much lighter and fresher the color looked.
Ultimately, I’m still undecided as to whether I’d re-purchase. I’ll use my current bottle up and see if my hair adjusts and stops feeling so greasy. If not, I’ll at least keep enjoying the smell…

AMAZING!! I bought this at Guardian in Singapore on sale for SGD29.90 for 2 bottles and I think the original price was SGD18.90 for one, which is pretty reasonable for a shampoo, I think. My hair is dark brown, but I dyed the insides blonde. What initially caught my interest was that it had chamomile, and it smells so incredible. If I had to describe it, it smells like a mix of honey and chamomile. Every time I use it in the shower I get this thrill from the smell. The texture is gel-like but lathers up well. I also noticed that the blonde in my hair lost its brassiness and generally looked lighter. Just all in all, highly recommended. I may never purchase another shampoo again.

My hair isn’t blonde although it will get some golden highlights in the sun. I would never normally try a product like this, but I was staying at a friend’s house and forgot to pack my shampoo and she had this, so I wound up using it for a week and was very pleasantly surprised, particularly because I have not had good luck with other Klorane products. It made my hair feel soft and clean, not dry, with good body and weight to it, not fly-away. I used it with the matching conditioner. The smell is pleasant too (like chamomile tea). Now I am back home I ordered a bottle of both the shampoo and conditioner for myself and will see how it goes using it over a longer period. I will come back and update review.
27 Sept 2013 ETA: Dropped to 1 lippie. Like other Klorane shampoos I have tried, this makes my hair fall out! I don’t understand what is in their shampoos to do this, but clumps started coming out in the shower. I can only imagine it dries it out to the point that it’s so brittle it snaps off. Awful, just awful.

I used to use this shampoo as a teen many years ago, it used to come in a glass bottle then. A few weeks ago I checked to see if it was still available, much to my surprise, it was! So I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and highly recommend both. My hair is recovering from extension damage so I am being very careful what I use and how often I colour, I am a single process blonde. This product brightens the hair and adds subtle gold highlights which are in no way brassy or brash, it also leaves the hair soft and shiny like a blonde child’s hair. It also leaves the hair bouncy with volume, it doesn’t weigh it down, just gives you that ‘ great hair day’ feeling. The shampoo and conditioner are quite concentrated so don’t overdo the amount you use. I highly recommend this product line.

This product is my holy grail in that once I found it, I never had to worry about which shampoo I was going to buy again. It brightens my dirty blonde a bit, doesn’t dry my scalp out, and has a pleasant, neutral fragrance. My hair looks nice when I use it. It’s sort of just that simple for me with this shampoo. Perfect.
