The ingredients seemed promising and non-toxic, and I needed a scent free shampoo. I just didn’t really like the performance, it left a somewhat sticky residue in my hair and weighted it down. My hair looks dull and limp. I will not be repurchasing. It does lather okay, so I’ll use the rest as body wash.

Pros: no masking fragrance, truly fragrance free smelling, cleanses properly, even consistency, doesn’t tangle hair post wash, has a matching conditioner that is an excellent detangler for those with longer lengths

EDIT / ADDITION: I use the Neutral Unscented Shampoo (bottle with blue design), it is thicker in consistency and is very volumizing. The Lavender Hydrating one (bottle with purple design) is a lot more liquid, and does not volumize (obviously, it hydrates).

This is THE best shampoo I have ever used. Not only is it natural and soft, it actually VOLUMIZES my hair the way I want it to. This shampoo is a gem; I have very thin hair and it does an amazing job at keeping my hair pretty, healthy-looking and volumized. I use it almost every day. Oh, and the best part, it does NOT tangle the hair, even if I DON’T use conditioner! I only use the shampoo to wash and my hair is still super easy to brush through. Whenever I’m out of Oneka shampoo and have no choice but to use something else (e.g. Dove, Pantene) I can feel the difference right away: those brands leave knots and a “plasticky” feeling to my hair and I hate it. I’ve been using Oneka for 4-5 years now and stack up every time I go to the store. Very highly recommended.
