I am a long term fan and supporter of the Redken brand.
I bought the new Nature + Science All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner set.
At first I thought it was great, however, I noticed that I’d not washed out the product so it left my hair feeling gummy. The next two times I washed my hair, it became increasingly gummy and sticky, particularly around the scalp, I couldn’t run my fingers through my hair.
I changed shampoo to a different line and the gumminess disappeared. I then tried this shampoo again, and rinsed furiously to ensure the product washed out. Guess what, my hair is gummy, even after blow dry.
Unfortunately something in this product ingredients combination sticks to hair and does not rinse out, As such, hair looks oily and sticky and gummy, and unclean. Really quite unpleasant and annoying!
