I love the product. Cleanses the roots of my hair really well and leaves my hair feeling stronger without weighing it down.
The only downfall I find is the packaging.
In order to open the shampoo and conditioner pumps my partner and I had to pretty much break them off as they do not twist up as most other brands do.

This product would suit those who need gentle cleansing, such as those with fine hair. I have oily hair and it doesn’t lather up enough to clean it thoroughly. The packaging is flimsy, but the product itself is cheap and good for people who want a natural shampoo.

I bought the baby shampoo a week ago and have used it twice. It leaves my scalp dry and flakey, even when using a conditioner. The second time I used it I finished with a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse which helped somewhat with the flakiness. I think the rest of it will end up being used to wash delicate garments.
Update – I ended up adding about 1/3 olive oil to this out of curiosity. The result was a shampoo that no longer gives me flakes, but still leaves my hair feeling stripped of all natural oils. It really confuses me because I like this brand in general, but certainly can’t imagine this ever being mild enough for a baby. Into the bin it goes.

Been using it almost a year now. Love it. I wash my hair once every other day. Works very well, my long hair looks healthier than before using it, no split ends at all. Smells strong lavender when lathering, but the end result is just a tiny hint of fragrance. Hair feels a bit dry after washing the shampoo off, however putting the conditioner solves the problem.
The packaging is easy to get dented after refilling the smaller bottle a few times, so took 1 lippie off.

I was looking for a cheaper natural shampoo than MOP, and grabbed a small bottle of this just to try. This is extremely cheap ($7 for 250 ml – about a third of the price of many of the other natural brands like MOP, Avalon, A’kin etc. I like shampoos that clean thoroughly and often the ones with natural detergents don’t seem to – but this one is pretty good. Has a strong lavender smell while lathering, but scent does not linger at all afterwards. If you wash everyday or want something slightly gentler, try the Natural Instinct baby shampoo instead. Overall though, there’s something about the ‘natural’ shampoos and conditioners that just doesn’t quite work for me so I prob won’t repurchase.

This product smells great, it is 100% natural and cleans well, but it is too striping and makes the hair go frizzy.
It is great to use when you really need a thorough clean but on daily basis it will be way too drying. I think they need to add more oils to this product. Such a shame.
