I noticed that Morocco Method didn’t post my review, so I’m leaving it here.
I love the concept of this company, but these products did not work well for my hair at all. The shampoo tangled my hair very badly. I had to use almost half of the bottle of the crème rinse to try and smooth out the tangles. I didn’t know that my hair could become this tangled. It was ridiculous. I even sectioned and detangled my hair prior to my wash. I will not be able to use any more of the shampoo and crème rinse, therefore I am taking a loss money wise. Also, this isn’t my 1st time washing my hair with a mud based shampoo and I’ve made Bentonite clay masks for my hair for years. They always make my hair so soft and detangle any tangles that I may have. In fact they make my curls pop.
I do understand that some products may work for some and not others. If it helps anyone: I am an African American with natural spiral curls (I think around 3b/3c). I typically can wet my hair with no product and easily detangle my curls, which is why it shocked me that after even detangling my hair prior to using the shampoo my hair tangled the worse that it ever has in my life.

I really love the travel-sized boar/nylon combo brush from this line so I figured the products themselves were worth a shot.
This shampoo is not for thick and coarse hair like mine. I finished a sample in one wash. Tried it again and got the same results: It did cleanse my scalp, but I didn’t find it to be terribly moisturizing and didn’t jive with my hair texture. Better than sulfate shampoos, but nothing to write home about. I gave it a lippie for not irritating my dry scalp. It may really help with the dry scalp, but I won’t ever know because I’m not paying for the industrial-sized vat it would take for me to use it regularly.
It’s not scented really, so it gets a bonus lippie for that. If you have thin hair and a finicky scalp it may be worth a try.

This is the worst product. Yes, the ingredients and smell are fantastic. But it is virtually impossible to use. It comes out of the container like thick, unmovable mud. You can’t spread it, move it, lather it, wash with it…..nothing. I had to use a huge amount shaken up in water to get it to wash my hair even slightly. The price is ridiculously expensive. I practically used the whole container in 5 washings. Again, it is impossible to spread and just very impractical. I know people are used to lather and a soapy feel and I was willing to do without that, but this stuff is a horror. It does nothing for your hair….one time it left me very greasy; the next time very dry. Save your money and don’t waste a dime on this garbage.

This is the best of the best! The ingredients list is just awesome and I think I am getting addicted to Morrocco Method shampoos and conditioners! I had some serious hard water build up on my hair and this was THE ONLY thing that removed it. It hasn’t even been a full month but my hair looks completely different from using this stuff….I had an oily scalp with seriously dry ends and because of the hard water mineral build up, the ends were a different color than the roots(eek)…..not anymore….. My hair is soft, full bodied and shiney!! I’ve got tons of products sitting on my shelf that claim to fake a shine or fullness or stop the frizz…..none of them are even needed anymore. I LOVE this stuff…expensive YES but seriously, definately getting what I pay for.

I got this in a sample size at a health food store for 1.00 and after one wash, I am very impressed. It really leaves my hair completely weightless, and very soft, and it also smells good. I have oily hair, and this didn’t leave it even oilier like some shampoos. I will definitely repurchase this, I just hope I can find it in a bigger size.
