Bought this a year ago and just reviewing now. I think that this is good to use as a clarifying shampoo as it left my hair very clean and bouncy. Additionally, it has a light, fresh smell. However, I think it’d be too drying to use as an everyday shampoo.

I loved this smell! It smells high end, not like cheap drugstore scents. Hair and scalp feels clean after using and looks glossy and I find I can get to almost 4 days without washing my hair after using this. I’d consider this more of a clarifying shampoo; for me, it seems more voluminous after first washing but then it just gets flat. Not like it’s being weighed down or getting greasy but the volume is just not lasting. I’d still repurchase for clarifying purposes.

This is from the new Bio Renew line that Herbal Essences just introduced. This shampoo smells like grapefruit, peach and mint. It does not feel too minty when washing your hair. The scent is okay, but doesn’t stay in your hair all day, I can only faintly smell it for a few hours. I used the conditioner only on my ends, and my fine, wavy hair looks okay when its first washed. Not dried out or volumized, just clean. Doesn’t tangle my hair. However, as the day goes on, my hair starts to feel like it’s getting greasy. These are okay, but I don’t like them nearly as much on my hair as some of the older ones. A pricier line for Herbal Essences, too. About $6.99 at Walgreens, $5.99 at Walmart. Wouldn’t buy again.
