I really wanted to steer clear of Kerastase hair products because they are way overpriced but my lovely stylist recommended this to me for my fine, long and untreated hair. He said that this is what I needed since I don’t need much maintenance and this won’t weigh my hair down like other products since it’s supposed to be for fine, long hair. I actually like this shampoo and it’s accompanying conditioner as it is great for my oily scalp and dry ends whilst providing nice volume. It doesn’t dry out my hair unlike other reviewers’ experience. It is truly a lightweight shampoo that smells so wonderful. It truly does what it claims! I really enjoy the scent of this shampoo and the accompanying conditioner. It makes the whole washing my hair experience so much more fun.
However, I don’t think I’ll rebuy because of the exorbitant pricetag. Even though it did all the lovely things it promises, I think the same results and more can be achieved by the Boo Bamboo Shampoo (which are more economical, natural, and Canadian).

I had high hopes for this shampoo… It’s Kérastase, after all.
i imagined it being gentle, as products for fine hair should be. Sadly, washing hair with this felt like I used dishwashing liquid and it also made my newly-toned violet ash blonde fade a bit. I guess it’s because the shampoo contains salicylic acid. I didn’t like its sweet floral smell either. I bought this because I had very pleasant experiences with Kerastase Densifique and Discipline ranges, both were perfect for my hair and the fragrances were divine. This one, though, I can only recommend for washing very greasy hair. My verdict: one lippie for clarifying properties.

This is truly (and clearly) a shampoo for people with fine/oily hair. I’ve used tons of volumizing and other types of clear shampoos and this is definitely one of those that leave my hair at its cleanest. I even find it a little harsh for daily use. I also have the Cristalliste hair mask and it offers light moisture as well. The whole line has a sweet, gourmand perfume smell, that I don’t love, but doesn’t bother me either, as it doesn’t really linger.
I recommend this line for people with fine/oily/limp hair that is either normal or healthy in condition. If your hair is dry, damaged, or it’s simply better with products that are rich and moisturizing, this is not for you.
I probably wouldn’t repurchase as I think it’s too expensive for a regular shine shampoo.

Yawn.
When a company charges high prices for their products, the products need to live up to the high expectation. The shampoo does clean hair, hence the 2 rating. I refuse to go higher than that. My hair is on the dry side from being processed, and I have to have a shampoo that is either very gentle or very moisturizing. This was neither. I might buy other Kerastase shampoos but not this one.

Horrible! I never had so much hair in my comb after my shower after using this and the cond. All I did all day was pick hair off my shirt. I should have never bought it in the first place. The list of ingredients in this is a nightmare so I’m not surprised. One of the first ones is ALS … Really??? Garbage

I have very long, rather thin hair which is normally in an okay condition but during the winter months it sometimes gets very dry on the ends. I never use heating product but always blow-dry my hair.
I bought this product because it was recommended to me for my hair type and since I love Kerastase products and used them for years, I wanted to give it a try.
After my first hairwash with this shampoo (and the conditioner) I really loved the way my hair looked.. It was shiny and had a nice smell. I thought I found the perfect shampoo for my hair!
Unfortunately, after having used almost the whole package, I must say that my hair has started to be very cloaked, no shine, it feels and looks dry and damaged. Suddenly I have a lot of spliss, something I have never had before. Also my hairdresser told me that my hair has too much products in it, so she had to use a Special shampoo to get rid of all the build-up.
I wouldn’t recommend this product to People with very long, but fine hair.

I have fine hair , oily scalp but dried end ,flat , colored , heat with iron curler every 2 days .
So , if you consider to use this , I think you might not have any hair problem but you just want your hair look shiny and healthy .
For me , it’s ok . I use only this shampoo (light version) , I didn’t use any conditioner . I feel it’s ok for my hair right now – no any serious hair damage . If anyone has normal or oily scalp and use the shapoo with the conditioner , I think it’ll leave some greasy on your hair .
Imho , I think if you want to use this … Think about , you’re going to the beach and you must wash your hair everydays after swimming in the sea , in order to protect your hair from sun damage or sea-salt , you need a good shampoo and this is it !
If you have previous hair problem whatever that need to be fix , I would not recommend this . This is for just a relax or for everyday use ,you don’t need to put anything too much here.

I’m not overly impressed with this – for a high end shampoo you want serious results and if someone got me to use this up against something 1/3 of its price I’d be hard pushed to tell which was which. It smells great, and leaves my hair clean and pretty shiny – so do alot of shampoos which are nowhere near this price! BUT It’s not a bad product by any means and I’ll use it till it’s done but wont buy again. I much prefer Bain Satin 2

Love this shampoo! I was a bit sceptical due to the cost, but it is worth every penny I paid for it (about $40). Makes my medium textured, slightly wavy hair soft and supple with a nice shine to boot. I have tried many many shampoos and conditioners, from Suave to Kerastase pricewise, and this one is all it’s cracked up to be. I just started using this, so will update soon.

I really love the smell of this product, but sadly it’s not for me. It dried out my hair, especially at the ends. I don’t use conditioners at all, but if other shampoos don’t make my hair look dry, there’s no reason for me to continue using this one.
I live in an area with high humidity in summer, and this shampoo only made my hair worse. In winter it worked better, so I guess it will suit for people who don’t live in an area with high humidity, or people with oily hair.
