I’m surprised this got horrible reviews. I tried this after a Sally’s sales person recommended it to me when I got my hair highlighted. I got the Moisture one in the pink bottle. She said its comparable to the Pureology line. I’ve never used that line so I had nothing to compare it to honestly. Some people say that it feels like your hair is still dirty but its the way you wash it. Even though its an inconvenience, you need to wash your hair twice! And you need to thoroughly rinse it out or it does feel like its dirty. But as far as color wise, it has held up my highlights as if it was the same day I got them done. Its been a month since I’ve started using this it and I still love it. Also, another great thing is I have super oily glands as far as my hair and this shampoo has helped it somehow. I can go about 3 full days without washing it when before I needed to wash it almost everyday. The worst thing you can do is try this and your don’t like. To be honest, Pureology is super expensive and after looking at those reviews (which weren’t all that good either), I’m glad I bought this over the name brand ones.

I absoutely LOVE the Pureology Essential Repair products and tried them on advice of my stylist – but the price tag is not in my budget. I ran across the Sally Beauty Brand of Coloresse Repair and tried it because the price was affordable and am in love with the product! My hair feels great. Although the shampoo is a bit “thin” – it does thoroughly clean the hair and the conditioner works wonders. I alternate Coloresse Repair with my favorite Paul Mitchell Smoothing Line and Toni and Guy’s Oatmeal and Honey products! Would I say that this is my all time favorite? No, but in a budget – the stuff works!

The lady at Sally’s beauty highly recommended the shampoo and conditioner above all other products so I had to give it a try. Surprisingly, I have been happy with the results. The shampoo is light and is not harsh in cleansing my hair. The conditioner is super light, almost like a shampoo texture that it can be easy to mix the two up when not paying attention. The smell isn’t too bad and I have noticed that my red hair color dye does not bleed with continued use compared to other color-treated products. Satisfying product that I plan to keep in my rotation of shampoos and conditioners.
