I bought the small, 12oz bottle of this shampoo at Ulta. I immediately fell in love! It smells gorgeous, lathers up well, and actually CLEANS my hair, without being too harsh. This is a concentrated formula, you only need 1-2 pumps of this shampoo, depending on your hair type. Very fine hairs may only need half a pump. I do not experience any “frizz” at the top of my head anymore, thanks to this shampoo.
The 12oz bottle lasts me almost 4 months with one pump a day, daily usage. I only wash my scalp and let the bubbles trickle down the length.
I HIGLY recommend you use this shampoo with the matching conditioner, they work beautifully together.
I ran out of the small bottle, and immediately purchased the large, 25oz from the Chi.com website! I only wish Ulta carried the large sized bottle.
I will say though, this is an expensive product but it is totally worth the price tag. I am never going back to drugstore brands again.

This is the best shampoo in existence, my hair has never been healthier, softer, and shinier !
Chi’s brilliance does it again! Price is very reasonable and by far the best chi product to date!
It smells great and you don’t have to use much to make it go far!
Also comes out of the pump nice and readily!

Basic shampoo, nothing special here. It requires a few pumps to get the shampoo spread into you hair and start to lather.
The smell is alright, not anything worth writing home about.
The shampoo itself is quite thick so every time you pump it takes a while for the pump to go back to its normal position so you could have enough product to push for a second pump/
I didn’t experience anything this shampoo claims it will do for dry damage hair… but the things that makes this even worse is the fact that it costs so much!
I bought a small bottle at a discounted price of $10, meanwhile online it costs up to $14
That’s crazy for a shampoo that makes less of a difference to you hair then head and shoulders!
Last time i will be getting this product, and am very disappointing as I love other chi hair products.
