I am a dedicated self tanner – not impressed with this one, though. Compared to other – cheaper – brands, this seems like it gives only a surface color, if that makes sense. As in, it rubs off with very little pressure, even the next day. Also, I agree with the previous reviewer, that it fades in blotches. Of course I wanted to “save money”, so I ordered 2 bottles. So 60 bucks later, I have to say, I wouldn’t buy this again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I did give it 2 lippies, for a fairly pleasant smell and drying time. I’ll use it up – 60 bucks, remember! – and then I’ll go back to Nature’s Gate – 12 bucks for a bottle twice the size of Tan Physics! Here’s to forever hoping the grass MIGHT be greener on the other side! LOL!!

From already having a somewhat tan color skin tone I have constantly been searching for THE BEST self tanner. from Tan Physics of being my first name brand of self tanner, I was somewhat satisfied. The color produced gave me a dark bronze color which satisfied that for me but the way it faded is what made me give it a low rating. After about the second day it started to go blotchy. When applied it the second time, there were darker splotches from the first application that didn’t wear off yet. Overall I liked the color produced but I wouldn’t refer someone this product if they are looking for a long term self tanner.
