   I can’t believe all the bad reveiws!! I love this stuff and I’ve been using it for months! I actually have it on right now! I’m a cancer survivor and I’m forbidden from tanning beds and the chemo caused my skin to turn really pale even 3 years later, so I have to turn to self tanners. I have tried over 20, loreal, salon bronze, tanwise( was my fav but is discontinued ): ), neutragena, jergens,panama jack, banana boat etc. This is my fav by far. It gives me nice dark color, easy to apply and good color guide. It does smell funky but that doesn’t bother me. I make sure it’s good and dry before I put on clothes and go to bed so it doesn’t rub off. I love it! It’s a good deal but it is hard to get it out of the bottle, I usually use what I can get out of it then cut the bottle in half when it seems empty ( typically enough for a whole application just left onthe inside of the bottle) just to assure I’m not wasting. I really love this stuff and I always find myself coming back to it. I’ve never turned orange and I always get complimented how tan I look after just one use! It lasts a longer time and looks better if you moisturize between uses. I use Malibu tan golden glow hemp lotion ($5 walmart) hemp is really moisturizing and it has DHA in it ( same as tomas) but it really doesn’t affect my color by it’s self so I use it between uses of Tomas. It’s a great product and remember, not all products work forthe same people.. It all depends on your skin tone and the way your skin reacts to the product! But really try it!

   I bought this at Sallys while picking up a few things for work, and can honestly say I’m really on the fritz after using this product. When I opened the box and put on the gloves I started to apply product to my legs and the gloves RIPPED leaving me to go barehaded and apply the product,(staind palms) anyhow I have very dark skin I’m native american and found the outcome of this product to be too dark even for me. My nail tech who does my pedicures asked me why my feet and legs were “orange” and after a few days of using this I realized I can NOT apply it to my legs after I’ve shaved because the burn from this was insane! I had to wait like 2 days after and then apply. Also the smell was NOT good and the color guide rubbed off on my sheets (as I’d apply the product at night and rise off in the am) Don’t think i’d buy this again!

   Ok, I am pretty darn white, especially in the winter. I Toma’s from Sally’s beauty supply while i was grabbing some other stuff before work (stylist). I didnt expect very much from it honestly, it was only $12. Now the review: It applies very very easily, if you use the gloves that are included. I put it on before bed so i dont look like a crazy brown freak all day because the color guide is very dark. But the dark color guide is nice, you can see exactly where you have put it and where you missed a spot. Now for the bad news, despite the dark color guide the actual tan that comes out of it is pretty light. Actually VERY light. I had to check a place that i hadnt applied it (my stomach, hey its winter!) to make sure there was even any tan left after washing the color guide off in the morning. But i guess thats what makes it natural looking, eh? After a few nights of application and a good rinse every morning i was a fairly nice looking color. After the first few apps i can now apply every few days to maintain. So the bottom line is that you will get a nice looking color after a few applications with a fair amount of maintenance but if you want a one time quick fix tan this isnt the product for you!
