This product has 3 ingredients: organic oat flour, organic almond flour, and sea salt. Ditch the sea salt and DIY this for less than half the price with better results. The oat flour feels soothing, but it in no way justifies the price.

Here’s an example of when natural does not mean gentle. This exfoliant has small pieces so sharp that you could actually get small cuts. I wouldn’t ever use it on my face or near my eyes, and I’d be careful on any other skin. Also very drying.

This is the world’s most useless exfoliant. The sea salt in it is entirely too large to be of any use on a human face. The other two ingredients in the mix do not do anything to remove dead skin cells. I would definitely not repurchase this product.

You cannot go wrong with this gentle, 3-ingredient scrub. It contains oat flour, finely ground almonds and sea salt. It is easy to use and comes in a 3 oz glass jar. The first time I used it, I mixed it with a little water and massaged into my face. It gently exfoliated and left my skin soft and smooth. You can also mix this scrub with honey, oil or yogurt. After massaging it into the face, you can leave this on the skin as a mask. Oat flour is very soothing to skin.
