The particles are very sparse and very coarse, this scratches rather than exfoliates. The scrubby bits are painful since they are not uniform, such a shame since the rose cream base is so nice. I would not recommend since it does not achieve its purpose. I would not even use as a body scrub, so it went in the trash. There is a lot of potential to improve this produce, first increase the number of particles by about 10x then ensure they are uniformly shaped and smaller.
