Holy Grail non-silicone makeup primer. I bought it at the Makeup Show last summer, so it was a nice discount for me. As long as they keep on making this I will remain a faithful customer.
Reasons why I love this is –
1. I have a mild contact allergy to silicone. Which sadly means that most of the primers on the market are unacceptable and ineffective for my skin. Some of the worst ones I’ve tried caused my skin to look simultaneously oily AND cakey. No bueno.
2. It feels like nothing on my skin.
3. It works.
I shake the bottle, spritz two/three times into my palms, and pat the stuff in quickly, letting it slightly dry before I apply foundation. It’s slightly grippy from the get-go.
All my foundations last longer with this primer lying underneath. I can wait hours longer until I find it necessary to blot my face. The primer works with both water-based foundations (MUFE Face&Body) and silicone-based foundations equally well. It’s alcohol-based, so be careful if your skin doesn’t like that stuff. But assuming you’re oily-skinned and every foundation that you’ve tried isn’t lasting long enough for you, try this!
The price is reasonable for its effectiveness, and to be frank, you won’t find a product this unique in the drugstore. So.
Verdict: Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works! I spay it on after I moisturize and then follow with MAC pro longwear and then NYX HD powder and NYX setting spray. The primer makes a huge difference because I was using the same makeup and setting spray before I found this and my makeup wasn’t lasting as long. I say give it a try. I have very oily skin and this works better than anything I have tried. You’ll get 8 hours out of your makeup.

PROS:
Gives a dewy look (oddly enough)
Doesn’t smell bad
CONS:
It doesn’t control oil
It doesn’t prime
It’s super expensive
Just don’t waste your money

If your makeup slides off your face by 11AM this is for you. I love that it’s silicone-free so it doesnt clog pores and has vitamins that help reduce pores too – so I feel like I’m counteracting the effects of thick makeup. It sprays on really easily and dries quickly so you can apply foundation over, it helps to smooth out the surface of the skin and keeps make looking more vibrant longer as well.
