The price makes everything better! Perfect for almost all skin type, but if you have really oily skin, you still need to be careful with it. If you just like natural looking, get this one! $11, and it’s much better than those you can get from drugstore or Sephora.

Used for about a month and a half.
Pros:
– Works GREAT as a primer with both mineral powder and KVD’s Lock It foundation.
– Minimal ingredients and no fragrance (good for sensitive skin!)
– Affordable ~$11 for one ounce.
– Nice pump packaging (it’s changed since the older review here.)
Cons:
– Can’t think of one.
This was a surprise win for me. My skin has been very temperamental lately with psoriasis outbreaks. I figured this primer would be better for me but I didn’t think it would perform better than my old brand, Pop Beauty’s Face Magnet. I stay less shiny and more hydrated using this glycerin based primer rather than the silicone primer I was using before. With the mineral powder from this same brand I notice my skin has a slight dewiness, but I’m not creasing around my nose as the day wears on. I’ve also noticed KVD’s Lock It Tattoo foundation (which I use as an under eye concealer) blends more smoothly — which makes sense as it is a water based foundation and probably didn’t mesh as well with my silicone primer.
People have been raving about glycerin lately (Nivea Aftershave Balm) but I really thought it was a gimmick. This does cost more than the Nivea but I like it better because it doesn’t smell and even the sensitive version of the Nivea has fragrance. I also like that this is vegan and that I’ve already had great success with the mineral powder from this brand. My skin really does look better when I’m using these products.
The pump this product comes in now is really nice. It’s a silver and white cylinder, comes with a cap, and a nice pump. I have also tried it with the hydrating mist but I think that’s too much moisture. The primer alone is just perfect for me.

LOVE THIS STUFF. Seriously, I had zero expectations of success when I ordered it, but I’m ‘cleaning’ my stash (i.e. buying products with cleaner ingredients) and wanted to try a less ‘toxic’ primer. This one hydrates my skin without making me look greasy. It also makes my foundation last a good 8-10 hours, which is normal wear for me. I have never broken out from this and will continue to repuchase forever. My only gripe is the packaging. it comes in plastic bottle with a pump, but the pump stopped working the second day I got it.

Well i am glad to say that i am pleasantly surprised. I have dry skin that turns a bit oily when i where makeup. So i need a primer to keep my foundation on. I was attracted to this because its all natural and has very small amount of ingredients (Ingredients: Purifed Water, Glycerin, Organic Jojoba Oil, Squalane Oil, Boron Nitride, Olivem 800 ( emulsifier), Xanthan Gum ( co-emulsifier), Cosmocil CQ ( preservative) , Potassium Sorbate(food grade preservative) and it was only $11.50. Now iv never had luck with any other primers so i was a bit skeptical, especially it being all natural i wasn’t sure id be strong enough. But dang, it is. When it first arrived i was a little disappointed because the bottle is a bit small and the product looks like watery sunblock. So right then i was thinking this isn’t going to do crap. So not really giving it a chance i just quickly slapped a bit on over my moisturizer and put on all my makeup (cream fnd.) and went about my day and of course it didn’t hold up. So i gave up on it for a while. Well now that my skin is nice and smooth with no scaly dry patches thanks to ACV i decided to give it another chance. so i wash my face, tone and then skip moisturizer and put on this primer. now you have to spread and blend a bit quick because it sets really quick. It sets to a matte but tacky feel. and is moisturizing on its own. applied my cream foundation and it went on really smooth and it lasted all day! ALL DAY! no oilys, no melt down, no worn off patches, still just soft, supple, smooth and fresh looking. I am amazed. Iv also used this with my powder foundation. and same thing, lasted all day and looked good. Im so happy. It stays, all natural, cheap, non irritating/clogging, light and smooth and just enough moisture to keep dry and oily skin happy. Oh one lame thing, the lil pump squirts and shoots out fast and is messy.
