I really like this primer, but you have to work with it fast. It dries so quickly. You really only have a few seconds to smooth it over your face before it dries. It did okay at filling in my pores, but would sometimes miss a couple. It did keep me more matte then other primers I’ve tried and helped my makeup last a bit longer. I have really oily skin and have trouble finding products that work for me. This one has been doing a pretty good job.
It’s a peach color, but it disappears once it’s rubbed in. There’s also a really light peach scent, but that doesn’t linger either. I applied this just using my fingertips. You don’t need much, but like I said before, be quick at blending it in. It says it offers up to 12 hours of shine control, but that’s definitely an over exaggeration. I still get a little shiny by lunchtime, but it’s not as bad as usual. And my foundation doesn’t shift as much with this primer.
I’ll be buying this again until I find something better. I think this is worth a try.

I have repurchased this primer multiple times and I enjoy it very much. I originally preferred the too faced peach matte foundation with a hydrating primer, but I realized this primer cements everything on and I’ve never looked back! I find it performs well under almost any foundation, and prevents me from looking excessively oily or my foundation from breaking up. I enjoy the peach scent because it is undetectable after application.
I find it has a thick dry texture, and despite the peach colour of the product it does not show up on the skin. You do have to work quickly with this primer, and I apply it with my fingers. I stick to one pump because it tends to build up and look uneven if you apply too much. However, despite it sounding a little high maintenance it is quite easy to use. The pump distributes the perfect amount, no wasteful packaging, and it will never break if you drop it! Lastly it blurs pores, and works well with the goss method for extra long days. It works equally well as Hourglass’s Mineral Veil, but at less of a cost. My favourite primer!

Doesn’t do much for pores or lines, it does however keep your makeup in place all day if you have oily skin. Had to blot once and even then it wasn’t as bad as it usually is. Nothing too special, if it did more for my pores it would have been a 5 star!
Really want to try the Porefessional but the price is just too much so this will due

After owning minimally 50 different expensive primers I suddenly developed a new condition to deal with in my life. So now in addition to my Wally skin at age 48 I have also started menopause… It is pretty awful and it affects me significantly after I get out of the shower when it’s time to apply make up. I have tried everything. I even rents my head with cold water before I get dressed to try to cool down my body. Still I am sweating on my scalp and around my hairline and my T zone for it least an hour. That prevents me from being able to put on my make up. That is what attracted me to this primer because it said it was cooling. That is actually a true claim. It has helped with my sweating situation but didn’t solve the problem of course. I have also learned that you have to apply this in a very thin layer to prevent pilling . Also I have started only using this on my T zone areas and around my hairline on my Forehead. This primer works better then almost all the others that I’ve tried.I would suggest this for people with very Wally skin or people that have that hot problem when you’re trying to get ready. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10゚ outside I’m still sweatingAt the very moment that I need to apply my make up

I am a huge Too Faced fan, and love the Peach Foundation, so was very keen to try out the primer. However, it just doesn’t work for me. The texture is quite unique, it is almost putty like. Definitely not a liquid or cream. I find it a bit tricky to spread onto the face. It also pills extremely badly if I use even a little too much product. It gathers, and balls up, and is impossible to apply foundation over. I have never had this issue with a skincare or beauty product before. When it pills, the only solution is to take it off and start again – a pain which I simply don’t have time to do in the mornings! On the positive side, when it works, it is very good. Whilst it doesn’t really cool my skin, it does leave a nice, tacky base which my makeup sticks well too. Makeup does last all day and stay matte when using this. I also really enjoy the sweet creamy peach smell. However, due to the fact that it pills so often on me, I cannot recommend it. I also would not repurchase. I am very disappointed by this product.

After trying a sample and falling in love I purchased this. For the record my skin is normal leaning oily in T-Zone and can be acne prone. I use Elta MD sunscreen every morning and it can make my skin a little shiny and slippery. This helps get it back to a normal state whether I’m wearing makeup or not. I find it will mattify my skin without drying it out. I also like it’s not like a lot of other primers with that weird silicone slip feel. I quite like the scent yet even if I didn’t I don’t smell it after application so it wouldn’t be a deal breaker either way. I also really like the packaging with the pump applicator. Helps distribute the perfect amount each time. I
will definitely repurchase!!

I normally use the Too Faced Hangover RX primer, which I love and have repurchased, but received a deluxe sample of this to try with points at Sephora. I wanted to give it a try, but didn’t want to commit to the full size. They are two very different products, that’s for sure. Hangover is more of a lotion consistency, and the consistency and texture of this reminds me more of Benefit’s Porefessional, which I don’t care for. It’s not exactly like that, but similar. I found I had to use more of this than the Hangover, as it doesn’t spread as easily, nor go as far. It does have a bit of a blurring effect, that is very nice. It leaves my face feeling smooth after application. I think there is some oil control, but probably not enough if you are super oily. I felt like my makeup, especially my undereye concealer, didn’t apply as nicely with this primer. Just too much drag, not as smooth. Maybe if I played and tried a few more of my foundations, I would find some that this worked better with, but since it is just a sample size, I didn’t have that much to play with.
I think for someone who is looking for a more traditional primer, they would like this more than the Hangover RX primer. I see the complaint about that one is that it seems like more of a moisturizer and not so much like a primer, and that is somewhat true. For me, this isn’t the right product; I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad product, but it is not for me.

For me this primer΄s formula is the exact same thing as the TF Hangover RX but with different smell and color. It is a good match with the foundation of the same line (peachy etc). Overhyped and pricey. I will not buy it again neither the foundation.

I have combination skin and my usual primer during cold months is the Too Faced Hangover, the stuff is amazeballs as far as extending the duration and freshness of my makeup, but my skin produces slightly more oil on my t-zone during summer and so i had to switch up to something more mattifying. This primer smells like fresh juicy peaches and has a peachy-pink tint and a creamy silicone texture,by that i mean it feels a tiny bit silicony when you put it on,but it’s easily spread and doesn’t ball up if rubbed on the skin.I don’t find it particularly blurring and i was disappointed by the mild cooling effect, but it actually works pretty well as a mattifying primer:it really keeps oil at bay and helps prolong the wear of my makeup.I like to set it with a powder (LM ) and then go with my bbcream,i find this is the real key point in keeping my face matte for most of the day,if you are an oily gal you have to try setting your primer with a matte loosing powder before foundation,I know it sounds cray-cray,but it makes ALL the difference.I also add on top the mist of the same line and it’s amazing for oily skin even if a bit gimmicky.
Overall i like this product and would repurchase,i find it does what it supposed to do;as a “summer” product i’d loved for it to have a more prominent cooling effect on the skin, however lately i’ve been using primers just for the sake of the longevity of the makeup and don’t really care for the extras.
Packaging is cute, sanitary and travel friendly,i personally love a lot of Too Faced products and honestly I don’t find them overpriced at all,I know i’ve payed way more for items that worked way less.

I have a hard time with primers. Most will break me out and or make me more oily. I have combo and acne prone skin. I also have larger pores and fine lines. This primer keeps me matte without making me oily by the end of the day. It keeps my makeup on and lightly blurs my pores. Overall this primer is a winner for me.
