The Boots Natural Collection range has recently undergone a bit of a facelift (excuse the pun!), I think in an attempt to keep up with all the other budget beauty lines available these days. This was one of the newer offerings from the range and despite using it in a variety of different ways (as the primer it’s pitched as, as a highlighter and mixed in with my regular foundation) I’m still trying to work out exactly what it’s meant to do. One thing I do know is not to use it on its own – it made me look like a particularly pink and sparkly oompa loompa. Using it as a primer it completely disappeared under my foundation, failing to give me the ‘subtle radiant base’ promised on the packaging. As a highlighter it’s too liquid and never sets. And mixed in with my regular foundation, it does nothing at all. I’m sure Boots know what this product is for, it’s just a shame they haven’t told their customers!
