I really enjoy the Pur Cosmetics makeup removing oil and I decided to give this setting spray a try. Normally setting sprays burn my face. Smashbox primer water is the first, this is the two setting spray that agrees with my skin. A little goes a long way.
First let me start by saying this sprayer is fast and strong. You really need to extend your arm, spray, and then quickly move your face forward to get the product on the face. I was originally too close and then comes out so fast and with a pow, I was drenched. I need to move this product into my Smashbox sprayer.
I am oily skin and when this is used as a setting spray on me, my foundation starts to look cakey and separate by 6 hours. I applied it over my Smashbox primer and then applied foundation and it again made my skin cakey and foundation separate at 6 hours. When was going to return this since I was hating this product so bad.
Then I applied this right before my Smashbox primer. I let it set and completely dry for 10 minutes. Then added Smashbox and then foundation. This gave my skin an amazing glow! WOW! Foundation did not break down and just beautiful.

I was introduced to this product and fell in love with it! I use it as a toner twice a day after cleansing and it really makes my skin feel hydrated without being oily. I highly recommend this product!

By far my favorite facial mist. Although i consider it to be a bit pricey you do get a lot of product for what you pay for. It is a great multitasker and not to mention it smells ahhmazing! I use it as a toner in the morning and the pleasent citrus scent really helps to awaken the senses and gets me going for the rest of my morning routine. I also use it as a primer and setter for my physicians formula mineral makeup and find that it leaves my skin looking fresh and dewy but never greasy. I have oily skin in the summer and combo skin in the winter but like I had already mentioned before, it never leaves me dry or greasy and this is regardless of the climate of any given season whether it may be humid or ice cold. It also works as a great pick me up for days when your skin is craving a little bit more moisture or is just looking dull. I have tried many other facial mists and setters but always find myself reaching back for this one. Overall a good product that I would definitely recommend and say that it is worth the splurge. I am already halfway done with my second bottle and know that I will definitely be repurchasing and make this a staple in my beauty collection.

This is a do it all product and I find it absolutely amazing.
I can use it through my hair, on my skin as a toner and refresher and as a finishing spray for my makeup.
It lists over 70 essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids. Hydrates and moisturises your hair and skin and sets your makeup perfectly and leaves it looking flawless.
The smell is citrus from the essential oils, so I would make sure that your wear sunscreen if you are outside as citrus oils are photo sensitive and can tend to make you burn.
Great for summer if you want to refresh but I just love using it all year round. I love that my skin is absorbing all that vitamin goodness.
I love using natural products that I know are doing my skin good and I think you will like this too, give it a go.

So far my favorite setting spray. Bought this for my daughter and she has dry skin and uses it to set her makeup. She has dry skin and it makes her skin look dewy and makes her makeup last all day. One day when I was out of my UD setting spray she asked me to try it. I was hesitant and surprised that it worked great with my ELDW and Loreal Matte foundation. Sometimes my makeup can look cakey but it’s fixed with this sprayed and doesn’t make me oily. Helps keep my makeup on all day. Smells good too.

I love how refreshing this product is when sprayed on my face; it makes me feel awake and refreshed due to the aromatics. I use it after I wash my face and right before any moisturizer. I don’t use this to set my makeup since I prefer the NYX matte finish setting spray. I would repurchase again due to how inexpensive it is and the quality of the spray bottle, but I feel like anyone can maKe this on their own with water and oils. All in all a good product for the price.

Cannot say enough good things about this. I could not believe there was only one other review– this product really ought to be given more attention. Not only do you get 8 ounces of product, but you are only paying $20 for it– versus paying $30 for 4 ounces of urban decay. So, the price is definitely okay in my book- of course it isn’t drugstore priced by any means, but compared to urban decay or Tatcha, this is really an incredible deal
Now to talk about the actual product; I really do feel hydrated when using this. The scent is so lovely, it smells like citrus and summer, and it cools your face instantly. It does tend to leave some drops on your face, but after a few seconds they disappear completely so that isn’t an issue for me. I will say, this doesn’t necessarily keep my makeup on for an extremely long time, but it does hydrate & set, giving my makeup a very growly, radiant, natural looking effect. My makeup usually stays this way for around 6 hours, using 4 squirts of this in the morning.
I love this over an intense highlight; it really blends powder products into the liquid, and makes your highlight look SO on fleek it’s ridiculous.

I found this product while looking for a mineral makeup setting spray that was less drying than the Urban Decay products I had been using (my skin tends to get dry in winter). This spray contains fulvic acid and several citrus oils. It has a refreshing, herbal-citrus fragrance and is a pretty golden color. About three spritzes is enough to set my mineral makeup beautifully, and it does not dry out my skin. I’ve also used it on bare skin to provide extra moisture. I’m happy to get so much product for the money – it cost about $19 for 8 oz. The only things to be careful of are 1) citrus oils can cause a photosensitive reaction when the skin is exposed to bright sunlight and 2) cover your eyes or the oil-based spray can make waterproof mascara & eyeliner run.
