Great product for people with very fair skin, and I wish I’d bought them sooner. There are plenty of lighteners on the market but this one works well, is reasonably priced ($25NZD) and it’s easy to find in NZ/AU shops.
It doesn’t seem to mess with your foundation’s formula, and it doesn’t have a scent (I’ve been using it with silicone-based foundations). The only real niggle is it’s packaging – the dropper is a bit difficult, and it can get a little messy. However, the dropper does give you better control than a pump (you’re only using tiny amounts of product) and it takes the guess work out of mixing when you’re trying to recreate your perfect blend.
For a full review of the product, vlogger Crystal Conte has a good video on YouTube. For general info on lighteners, watch The Taylaa.

This is an okay product except the packaging is TERRIBLE. The eye dropper mechanism barely picks up any product, meaning multiple messy applications, and spending ages dripping away. It drips out the edges & goes everywhere too, and it stains clothes.

Guys I can’t begin to explain how good these drops are, I don’t know why I hadn’t purchased these earlier.
I ended up purchasing the lightening drops (this is the white bottle), I purchased mine from Target for $18.
Now my most common mistake with foundation is always choosing the wrong colour which is normally to dark.
I can’t begin to explain how good this product is, a little goes a very long way. I normally add about 1 drop and generally I like a full coverage look. I initially thought that $18 was pretty pricey for this small bottle but I’ve now realised that this product is going to last me a very long time.
This product definitely DOESN’T change the formula/texture of your foundation which is awesome.
With this particular product it doesn’t change the undertone of the foundation so if you have bought the wrong undertone it may not work, however if its the right undertone and just that little too dark – this would be perfect for you!!

I bought the darkening drops and so badly wanted to love this product, unfortunately it’s just terrible! The colour is an orange muddy colour. No matter how well you mix it into your foundation, it still looks orange! It’s Awful to blend into your foundation and ends up looking streaky on your face
Total waste of money, I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone!

Seriously amazing stuff.
I need to spread the word about this gem because I have been spending my entire life using foundation shades that have never matched my skin and either end up looking too pink, too yellow or dull grey like a zombie.
So I decided to try this Australis match maker stuff with my fav foundation that didn’t match my skin colour (as none of them do).
I purchased the Match Maker lightening colour, so its the white liquid one. I was using a thick foundation by Rimmel and it was too yellow for my tone. Two drops of this liquid and it lightened it to a perfect pale shade for my skin. And I mean perfect. I was so excited, I love this product.
Now one warning, don’t use this as a highlighter directly under the eyes. I tried it and the texture on its own shows up all the fine lines and kinda cracks when you apply it. It’s meant to be mixed in with a foundation, not used on its own. I tried, lesson learned and I don’t recommend.
My only gripe would be the price is expensive. It’s $20 a bottle, and considering I use a few drops each day, it will be used up within a few months. So I guess you have to factor that in, considering you have to buy a foundation to use with it.
For me however I can’t live without this now, and will be buying this again.
