This is, hands down, the BEST primer out there. I use MAC prep and prime spf50 for basic, everyday primer but mainly for sun protection. But, when I need or want the really AMAZING look, I turn to this product. It evens out everything, makes your skin flawless. I don’t know how, but it does. No pores, no lines, nothing. Every single foundation looks fantastic over it.
Bad news? Expensive as hell for a half-dollar sized circle of product, maybe an 3/4 of an inch deep. You don’t need much, but it is pricey, let me tell you. And yet, nothing compares; nothing. I have one plus one tucked away. It’s pure white, btw. No funky blue/pink sheen, no glow, just flawless skin. It’s….. amazing.

this is the most beautiful primer i have ever tried. the texture is miraculous: so light, sheer, and delicate that it blends into the skin almost on its own. really. if i put a little swipe on the back of my hand, after 30 seconds almost all of the product disappears into my skin. initially i thought it wouldn’t do anything b/c i couldn’t SEE any trace of it, even on my 10x magnifying mirror. but when i did a split face (left side with their foundation without the primer; right side with primer and the foundation) the variance was significant. the primed side looked at least three times as smooth and poreless as the foundation-alone side…and yet I still couldn’t SEE any trace of either primer or foundation. lutens has literally created invisible makeup… that works. i’ve never come across anything like it. highly recommend both this primer AND the foundation.
