I bought the number 03 peach for my tan NC40-43 complexion and I really like it! The peach color revive my skin instantly. It primes and hydrates the skin perfectly before foundation application and can be worn on its own. I am using it quite often and it doesn’t irritate or cause any damage to my sensitive skin…From all primers that’s I have used it is definitely the best one!

Being a minimal makeup wearer, I really like this stuff. I went into Shoppers Drug Mart looking for lipstick colors and ended up getting a mini-makeover with a Clarins representative. She very discreetly suggested we use this product so the lipstick color would have a “fresh palette” to view it on. I thought she was trying to upsell me or be b/s, but the moment she put the stuff on my face, I glowed and felt SO pretty!
I ended up buying this stuff INSTEAD of any lipsticks! Hoping it continues to work its magic – we’re in early days with only 2 days of applying it – but so far, so (glowy) good! Another good thing about this product is that i just do not feel it on my face. I have such sensitive skin that most foundations feel cakey, tight, or like you’re wearing a mask. This stuff feels very natural. I just put a bit of green concealer on my red bits and this stuff on and I’m good to go!

i spent the past few years looking for something that would look as if i wore nothing at all (which is what i did most of my life, but now I’m 51). i have no idea how many products i brought home thinking the search was finally over – too many, that i know! – only to see the results start turning after a few hours.
well, this is the one that fulfills its promise.
natural, natural, natural… only more luminous. bonus: super easy to apply (i’m looking at you, bobbi brown cc cream!).

This gives a lovely, luminous finish to complexion. I bought the shade 02 champagne because it’s supposed to conceal redness. I can happily report that this actually works! I have some redness on my cheeks, chin and nose, and this covers it well. I usually add this over my foundation, but it can be mixed with foundation as well. It blends smoothly over foundation. I was originally worried that 02 would be too dark for my NC15 skin, but it isn’t. The shade is a great dupe for YSL’s already discontinued highlighter Teint Parfait Complexion Enhancer in shade 4 apricot.
I love how radiant and even my complexion looks, but also that the product doesn’t make my oily skin look shiny like many illuminating bases do. It doesn’t reduce or prolong the time how long my foundation lasts. The only downside is that it doesn’t keep the redness at bay for the whole work day. However, this isn’t a big deal, since I haven’t find any product that would last 8 hours and my main reason for buying is to add radiance to my skin.
The price is very reasonable compared to the quality of this product. I will definitely repurchase.

Love this. I’m combo/ oily NC20 and I use the shade 01 Rose.
I believe this has been repackaged (but not reformulated AFAIK) as mine is called “Instant Light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base” but is the same product as the Complexion Perfector.
I use this to mix with foundation, moisturizer, or cream blush, and I have found it mixes well with everything I’ve tried. On good skin days, this is great on it’s own. It imparts a very refined luminosity with no discernible glitter or shimmer. It remains creamy for while on the skin, and for that reason is good for mixing with something like cream or liquid blush where you want to have a bit of play time. Once it sets, it does set completely and feels fairly matte without being dry at all.
The shade Rose is pretty pink, and my skin is neutral/ olive, but I like the contrast. This gives me “snow white” skin and I find it lightly blurring on pores and fine lines.
The packaging is great. I love that it has a pump, and it is easy to control the amount dispensed.
Love this! I’m on my second tube.

I absolutely love this product. It gives me that radiant fresh look that’s perfect for everyday use or no makeup look. Sometimes I mix a little bit of with my matte foundations and the result is a glowing finish with enough converge.

I REALLY wanted to love this product. It just did not work for me. I swear it gave me less of a glow than my regular skin has. It was weird. And it made me break out too. I’m so dissapointed. I bought the 01 Rose for reference.

This is a funny product: when you apply it, it doesn’t look like it makes any difference but somehow, during the day your face looks better than if you haven’t used it. I guess it just makes light bounce off your face in a nicer way. I use this under a mineral foundation so it doubles as a light moisturizing treatment.Unlike most other Clarins foundation/complexion products, this comes in a shade that even the palest of us can use. I have shade 00, which is a cool toned pink – perfect for my skin. I also like the pump dispenser packaging and it’s easy to control how much product you want to use. I like this product but my only nag is the classic clarins scent. It leans a little towards the old lady section but luckily doesn’t linger too much so I can actually use the product.

I love this…its so delicate. Its has a very dewy finish. I have both 00 Rose and 02 champagne. I use the champagne all over my face and the Rose on my cheeks. It reflects light beautifully. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks and Ive had no problems with break-outs so far.

I use Rose Shimmer (?) to lighten my foundation as I am too fair and pink toned for every foundation line I have tried. On days when my skin is particularly good, I will just use this and a bit of concealer to even out my skin, instead of a full face of foundation. It has lasted me a long time since I only use a dab.
